I had a C300 that shut off in the middle of a drive. I ended up needing to drop it off after usual business hours with a tow truck. The staff kindly accomodated me. They knew their work well. It was an expensive repair but overall the price was fair.

Very very disrespectful. Called to ask a question and was cut off and hung up the phone on me.
