Buyer beware. These guys are great until they make a mistake. Then, you’re on your own. They have zero integrity when it comes to admitting their errors and making things right with customers when these mistakes incur further hardship. Trust me, and seek your mechanic services elsewhere—pay a few hundred dollars more if you have to. But avoid, avoid, avoid. Not at all worth the initial “savings” they may offer.

The best auto shop in the tri-state area!!...open 24-7.. theres absolutely nothing these guys cant fix!...only thing limiting them would be the availability of part delivery!...get your NY inspection here...alignment... paint job... all electrical issue resolved... all mechanical issues ... theses are the guys your dealership send your car too if they cant resolve a problem!!...

Owner is very nice person and humble. But the manager is very rude and disrespectful person treat customers like garbage. Did complain abut Manager to the owner.

This is worst place to repair your flat tire . They didn’t open my tire & didn’t check my entire tire . Bcz the pin was side of the tire & ONLY insert the rubber strip. Charged me $25.00. DONT go there . Clear robbery.it’s the most expensive flat fix in NYC area. Driver will judg & 1 tire price sedan asked $260.

I just had my oil changed. Excellent service and very friendly staff. They access their database of car models and know which oil to choose. I will definitely return for other services.

I was at the convention center installing a booth for the New York International Auto Show 2016. My client is a high end luxury car and SUV manufacturer. they wanted one of their white displays painted black, and it had to be a quality finish. Sending the unit back to my paint shop was not an option at that point. I did a quick search and found A1 Collision, and gave them a call. Not only were they very receptive and accommodating to my non-typical request they were able to complete the work in a very short turnaround. Which is paramount to my industry and the finish looked great! They made me look like a hero in front of my clients. I have no doubt that I will need to call on them again next year and I now have additional support I know I can depend on!Thanks to everyone at A1 for your help, especially Dave.

Our Inn was transporting some new furniture from our Brooklyn location to our Inn in the Catskill Mountains. When we were rear ended by a pass van. Our door didnt shut properly, thus we couldnt make the trip out. We brought our truck into A1 Collision NY and were surprised by how great their service was. We used their towing services. They were kind and friendly, but caused damage to my car! They couldn’t change the gears of my car so I guess they had to attempt another way, but it’s caused permanent damage.

The convenience of them being open at all hours alone is worth coming back, but the great service and fair prices sealed the deal.

The manager is inhuman and rasist... he literally curse at the clients infront of my eyes ... my advise dont stop by this shop you will defenetily not enjoy the business.

Loved their service, they got my truck back on the road in record time. Would use them again.
