Took my car for quick service as I was going on long trip . They took me in and out in 45 min . Did oil change and fill up fluid and check my tire pressure . Always pleased with the service . Mike the manager is very helpful . Some time we expect more than they can handle . Over all good experience .

I have been going there since 2 years . Very friendly. Price very reasonable. Nice sitting area . Got top of the line wheel alignment machine . Schedule maintenance at 50% less than dealer. They also provide towing service if needed . Very happy customer and I will recommend to try them . You wont get disappointed ☺

The guys here have been taking care of my cars for almost a year and have been friendly and reliable in their service and quotes for repairs. The pricing is competitive for the area and they have been direct with me on Christmas moments that need immediate replacement/repair or that I could put off a repair for a period to spread out the cost. I am very satisfied with their service.

Terrible customer service. Went there to take a picture of the car for insurance purpose. Was told by employee that since the service is free they no longer did that service. Called the insurance company and was told otherwise. Don’t waste your time.

I came to this location to get a photo inspection for Geico and literally they couldnt have hired the most rudest employee. I came in early for my inspection (I had a 3pm appt and arrived at 2:30pm). I walked in and said i know Im early I have a 3pm appt but was in the area so decided to come in and see if he wanted to take the photos now. This rude employee tells me the clock says 2 not 3. And I said I am aware as I already said I just wanted to see if I could try and get it done but if not Ill wait like I said in the beginning. This is all the while all the employees were just sitting around some sitting on top of the hoods of some cars they were suppose to be repairing. Went inside at 3pm and didnt get attended to until 3:15. Had me fill out a form and told me to fill all in yellow. I did and yhen he goes now all of these sections Why not give me all the sections at once. Something that could have took 10mins took 30mins. All of this to say thank God its only photos I need. I cant imagine if I need anything else how I would of been treated--If a simple question turned into a sarcastic response.

I pay $180 for a Diagno and they didnt do it. then I give them $200 to buy parts because they said they knew the problem but they didnt and had my car sit there for a week and a half in they shop and could in complete anything. DONT GO TO THIS SHOP IF U HAVE A VOLKSWAGEN TOUAREG

Worst customer service Ive experienced in years. Took three days and the same conversation just for them to put me off a day and then start all the conversations over again. I would not use them if my car was on fire.

Worst shop EVER...bunch of thieves...they dont repair anything...break the rest of the pieces of the car..just to take out more money.A friend of mine..is going through hell with this shop...they have broken into his car 2 times...300 dollars worth of parking tickets...mirrors stolen..windows broken!Shop is the shop of hell!Becareful!

I had a electrical problem and they claim they fix my truck why did I broke down on the highway and they refused to pay me back my money or fix my truck. They rob people for money especially if you a female.

For females please be very aware these people maliciously tore my car up never did and repairs I paid them over $900 and they never fix my car I was on life support came out the hospital when the mechanic Jose Torres as you can see as the reviews hes actually a mechanic he is not a customer tore my car up in the street remind you did not even do the work and on the premises they did the work on the street they will park your car on the street this place should not be operating they do a lot of illegal things Ive never in my life have ever been treated in such a way there was also a young lady there that they tore up her car charger $1,400 and they walk past you as if you dont even exist once you pay them be very aware this place needs to be closed down

This person, is extremely unfriendly and lacks professionalism, they sent me from the Geico office to take pictures of my car, because he is an authorized agent for that, and the first thing he told me that my car was dirty to take pictures of him, I went and washed it, and he told me to wait, when I waited an hour outside he came in and a lambon came out of him speaking a lie, it was said that he had left, I told him that it was not possible because I was at the door, apparently He hid, and I told him why they do that and the lambon told me, that Geico does not pay him anything to do that job so that I could go elsewhere, I consider that that is not a way to treat customers, I no longer I can speak well of them for the treatment they gave me.
