Finding a good installation design team shouldnt be hard, but it was. After a number of estimates and a few guys who didnt even show up Mattera Design were refereed to me. I wish I had called them to begin with! Professional, helpful, and willing to do what it takes to make sure the customer is happy with the job. Ill be using them again for other jobs, theres no reason to look elsewhere.

6/1/2015I reached out to Mattera Design through a friends recommendation. I moved into a house and wanted something different and special RE A/V. Needless to say, Mattera Design delivered, and then some ! Joe, the owner of Mattera Design, brought a decades worth of experience and professionalism into my home and did a fantastic job setting up the audio visual. With me knowing less than nothing about the subject matter, Joe was always readily available for any questions and/or concerns I had. He was easily accessible and his turn around time was extremely impressive and efficient. And he never haggled me RE prices and quotes. It was all very straight forward and aimed at what I wanted. And me being rather careful with my money since I just moved into a new home, Joe was able to work well within my budget and create an amazing atmosphere in my house. I say amazing not only because of how incredible the A/V looks and sounds, but, also because of its feel. No visible wires and the setup has a very sleek sexy look to it. In fact, since I host dinner parties, there have been many instances where guests complimented the look of the setup as well as its sound and style and always wanted to know who I hired for such a great job. And even after the job was complete, Joe was still available for any follow-up questions/suggestions. Plus he is very trustworthy as I got to know him during the installation. He comes from a great family and you can definitely trust him. Case in point, during the installation, I had to leave for an emergency work issue and I felt very safe leaving Joe in my home alone. I am very satisfied with Mattera Design and I will never reach out to any of these big box shops. Instead, I will commission Mattera Design for all my installations and I suggest you do the same. In fact, I am setting up my work office conference rooms with A/V, and will again hire Mattera Design ! Thanks, Joe, for your incredible service !!!
