This place is an absolute joke. I think its literally someone running a business out of their dorm room. If you have a professional gig, STAY AWAY!! I went to the address for the place of biz and it was a small computer repair shop. Not one sign or any indication that its Interactive Vision Solutions. This is just some side gig for someone pretending to be a legit audio/visual company. Based on previous reviews, you MIGHT (with days of advance notice) get them do a kids Birthday party. If you need a reliable, professional service.. JUST DONT GO HERE! I had to beg for a guy named Joseph from this place to call me back... Not one returned call. I had an emergency and found them through Google. Spoke to him early during the day and he seemed to have what I needed. Later on he became shady and left me high and dry. I swear they must have some friends and family to write reviews to get a higher rating. One review is from a guy excited about getting TWO MICROPHONES!! Two. Shure. Mics. That is just sad. Wished I would have read that before I called this company and wasted an entire day of my time. Basically if you are expecting a real audio/visual company, this isnt it.

Interactive Vision Solutions its a wonderful company for any audio rental you are looking for. Their service is exceptional and is a smooth transition dealing with their employees. I rented 2 Shure headset microphones and i was very happy with their consumer service and how important they make their costumers feel. If you are looking to rent any AV, Speaker, Interactive Vision Solutions should be your first choice.

This company was unable to secure the necessary insurance to deliver the requested equipment to the venue. Admittedly the rental request was made last minute - 2 days before it was needed - but the news on the insurance problem came even later, causing major inconvenience. They claimed they could not locate their insurance broker. Pleasant people but unprofessional not to be able to locate their broker. Too bad.

Where Is Gene nothing is the same without him. Please respond under the review did he get deported? Is he in another State, did he sell out of Audio Video NYC all together? Where is Gene?

Worst customer service. Office isnt even manned. Dont go here
