We typically use another company as our go-to for NYC Productions, but my company was forced to worked with them at the Intrepid - their work was ok, but we received THE WORST customer service.Their project manager and employees are so arrogant and fed up with themselves, it’s like who is hiring who?We paid over $90k and received a value of maybe $20k of gear and services compared to our regular vendor.Stay away!

An employee of theirs, who I cant name due to Google TOS, was going around Bushwick (Brooklyn) threatening random people with a switch blade. I provided the business with his name the next day, since he was drunk enough to drop a business card - woops, but they claimed he was not an employee.If you ever see an employee who is 6 2 - Caucasian - wears thick black-framed glasses, wears Beats headphones, and a Frost Productions hoodie, be cautious as he carries a knife.Seems to indicate what kind of employee this company hires.
