They have good products and the repair is great, but the lady in charge is the worst person ever! She does not listen, interrupt, and doesnt care. Some people should def need to take politeness class!

Went to get my receiver assess the damage. Price quote was a bit out of my range and the technician was nice enough to tell me to replace the part.My only gripe was that I had a small issue with the new board (wasnt from EC). The manufacturer told me more than likely my unit needs a firmware update and can be done by any certified repair facility. I called asked to speak to the technician that assessed the damage to my board but got the run around.Eventually I was basically told that I need to pay get the unit re-diagnosed (which is fine and makes sense) but refused to let me talk to the technician and was basically just told off (which wasnt very professional).All I wanted to know is if they could do a firmware update and if so how much. Asked that question about 10 times but never got an answer, besides one woman on the phone telling me how repairs work.

Good place to get your camera or equipment fixed by professionals but it’s very small and can be expensive
