I order a product via website,and received another product. I was told it was an upgrade. I wanted what I ordered. Ive reached out to them several times for a refund. I got the run around at first and nonetheless they quit responding 2 my emails. I cant get a refund on a product I didnt order. Dont order from this site horrible customer service.

My photo studio has ordered several backdrops/Set Paper. No matter what the lead time or literally where I was- in state or out of state, James H made sure to deliver the goods earlier than I even expected.

I get everything here from model releases to backdrops. These guys have it all, from gaphers tape to chroma key paint. They also deliver around the city....
