Called Flamtech Appliances needing a replacement refrigerator quickly as my 17-year old Viking checked-out without warning on a Saturday evening. Jane was absolutely terrific and returned my email on a Sunday outside of store hours. She was very knowledgeable about the products, did not simply try to push whatever was available to make a sale, and worked hard to find a solution to meet my needs. Its tough to find people in any industry who really care, but Jane definitely seems to be one of them. I would absolutely look to Flamtech for any future appliance purchases.

Ordered a samsung stove from them and it took nearly a month to arrive. Maggie, the sales rep didnt do a good job at all. I asked her to arrange the delivery and gave her 3 days to schedule a 4 hour window of delivery but she didnt follow up and waited for the last minute to ask. Also Maggie never called me the day before to tell me the time. The delivery company said that they were not able to give a time till the following morning. I have to work for a living and cannot take the whole day off just to wait for someone from their company to give me a time of delivery. This is unacceptable. I would not purchase any appliances from them.

We recently completed an apartment renovation and ordered many appliances from various places including the large chain retailers. Flamtech provided the best service overall. All their salespeople were great and delivery service was super efficient. They would put these chain retailers to shame. Wish we had discovered Flamtech earlier and ordered all of our appliances from them.

Highly recommended. Forrest (and Jane if Forrest wasnt available) helped me find the best wall oven for my needs. He has patience and is very knowledgeable regarding the details of different brands, etc. Always a timely and accurate response to my questions. I needed to add a range hood to my order late in the game and Flamtech was able to accommodate me. Rigo, their installer, is also highly recommended. Very pleasant, neat and knowledgeable. Oh, and Flamtechs prices are pretty good too. Very happy.

I came to Flamtech when I was in the market for a Capital stove. Literally no one else in the city had any model in their showroom, and none of them were willing to do anything about it, yet they were eager to sell you just anything. Even though I had done extensive research before narrowing down my choice, I dont simply make a major purchase without seeing the product in person, and you shouldnt either. It turned out Flamtech had a few models on display, and Linda was patient and understood my unique needs and gave me enough information to make me feel I was making an informed purchase decision. The stove was delivered and installed without issues and has been working exceedingly well. Please support small businesses like this who care about customers and not just making sales, which are becoming rare in New York.

Excellent all around! Jane is extremely knowledgeable and was helpful in researching my appliance questions and in figuring out the best options for my renovation. Very well organized delivery process, too. I am very happy with every aspect of my experience with Flamtech. At the very end of the project, due to an electrical issue, I had to change the microwave on VERY short notice. It was delivered promptly, as promised, the day before the electrical inspection.

After a super long and drawn out construction project, the last thing I wanted was more confusion and delays when dealing with appliances. I worked with Flamtech two times for a new clothes washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven and fridge. I appreciate the excellent service and good prices. They helped me confirm compatibility with, and the extra parts I needed for, my existing electric and space requirements. They advised their best value models and installed the same week. They followed through with installers to completion of the job. I like them better than using a large appliance store because they listen well and are knowledgeable about their trade. They also honor their price quotes and provide full service through installation.

We bought a Summit refrigerator and an ilve stove from Flamtech and were very happy that we did. Linda was knowledgeable and patient and helpful in the store and afterward on phone and email. When the stove came and we realized that the iron wok support that Linda had promised us was missing, we simple called up and she made sure it was there waiting for us. When, some weeks later, one of the griddles on the stove broke, Flamtech again came through with a replacement mailed directly to us. Flamtech have many great options for appliances which wed not found elsewhere at bigger stores. Their customer service has always been helpful, genuinely friendly, intelligent, and has come through when other stores would not. This is a small gem of a company.

I purchased a lot of things with Flamtech back in 2014-2015 - all my kitchen appliances, countertops, fixtures, vacuum, the whole 9 yards. Their pricing and selection was great, their certified installation was on point, they made sure my warranty registration was set up properly and accommodated some special requests I had during delivery. Ive been happy with my purchases.Fast forward several years to December 2018, when I had contacted them about an issue with my cooktop knob, they remembered who I was, took care of my issue the same day and followed up with me several times to make sure I received the replacement part.I could have purchased everything online or from a big box store like PC Richards, but this is why a local businesses like Flamtech deserves our business. The staff at Flamtech is not just knowledgeable and helpful when there is a sale at stake, they continue to treat customers right even 3, 4 years after the sale.
