Ordered a door knob on line 10 days ago. They charged my card immediately, but in the 10 days since, they have maintained radio silence. No word on whether it is in stock, or has been shipped, or is on backorder. They are apparently too upscale to treat customers with respect. Cancelling and going to Amazon.

Very cool store. Full of lamps, antiques, candles, rugs, pillows, chairs, sofas. Great furniture pieces. Wide space, with a cozy feel. Interesting furniture and hanging lamps. They custom made as well. As a showroom if they dont have it in stock they would ship it.

Ordered a lamp online. Rejuvenation shipped the lamp and a few days after shipping I received an email stating the lamp shade was back ordered for a few months. I contacted Rejuvenation and asked why they did not notify me of this before shipping as I would not have wanted to pursue with this transaction. Apparently there is a logistics and supply chain issue and is not communicated timely with the customer. Worst part is that Rejuvenation would not refund me the shipping costs for an error that is entirely their fault! Don’t order from them!

BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Bought a chair for $517.00. To ship it to me, I had to pay $50.00. I had to send it back because it hurt the back of my husbands legs. I go to return it, and they wont GIVE YOU A UPS LABEL. It cost me $187.00 to send it BACK!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP AT THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!I even called Williams and Sonoma because they OWN Rejuvenation to see if I could return the chair to their store, which is only 35 minutes from my home. They said NO. I had to ship one chair from the East Coast to the West Coast for $187.00, again because they WONT PROVIDE YOU WITH A UPS LABEL!! Also, there is a Rejuvenation store in NYC? Maybe the shipping would have been LESS (FOR ME) if the RETURN ADDRESS WAS TO NY and not CA????? BUT, obviously, they DONT CARE.All I know is no chair, or light or anything else is worth EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER NEVER AGAIN.....

Ordered online and their customer service was poor. Took several calls and waiting for the customer rep for 45 minutes to fix the problem. I had an identical issue with another major online retailer the same day and the problem was solved in 5 minutes. This is not to mention when I initially was placing the order the reps who handled my call were not at all well versed on their products, and how they would fit together (door knobs, and rosettes (backplates), and dummy spindles etc). This was very surprising to me. And finally they are also very very slow to ship.

We came in needing a specific light type and worked with James Samson and he was absolutely wonderful. He was very patient in helping us select the perfect light. The store also just has a ton of great stuff!!

I would not recommend Rejuvenation. The lighting fixture we received felt cheap and something you would expect from a chinese product sold in a box store. I called their customer service and was given the run-around that a supervisor would be getting back to me, which never happened. They claim to be custom but even the customer service guy admitted they sell the same lighting fixture in 4 color and just match them with different shades. I think they claim to be custom to avoid having to take returns. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Probably the worst retailer customer service I have ever experienced. The people who answer the phone are lovely and polite, but while waiting for sconces that have been back ordered 3 times over the course of 4 months since my order, I got a different answer every time. Dont expect to speak to a manager about your problem. I was told 3 times that someone will call me back in 24-48 hours which is standard, what is not standard is when they never call back! Lost a customer.

I recently visited the NYC store and had the bestest experience ever! The customer service here is above and beyond. All thanks to Richard B. I got everything I wanted and more. He was so patient with us and even provided us with a measuring tape. One of the items we wanted was not available in the store so he checked other stores and placed the order for us so it could be shipped to our Apt. We could not take the items home today so he offered to hold it for us which we thought was incredible. He did it all with a smile and a positive attitude which made our experience a phenomenal one. Thank you Richard B!! We cannot be happier! We will highly recommend your stores and you to our family and friends. Happy holidays!

One of the few places I have found that does not look like elevated Ikea. Everything is beautiful, its hard to differentiate between what is produced by Rejuvenation and what is actual vintage restoration.

Do not order from them online unless you are sure you love the product. If you have to return a product they make you pay for shipping. To send back bathroom items that did not match, I paid $35 And they refused to cover it even when I was going to exchange for another item. Not worth it!

This review is for Virginia specifically. Spoke to her over the phone several times and she just has this I-hate-my-job-I-owe-you-nothing tone about her. Someone who certainly wouldn’t go above and beyond for you. Being aware that I’m a trade customer I would think she’d put a little more effort into customer service but no don’t expect it from her.

Multiple terrible experiences. Unhelpful and disinterested staff. Store has minimal stock. If store orders for customer then you have to pay shipping....and twice now they have ordered/shipped the wrong products. Getting someone on the Rejuvenation customer service line takes forever. We LOVED this company when they were independent. No more.

I like their products but I resent that at the store you are told they don’t stock many items so they will be sent to your house from Portland, but you are not told there is a 10% surcharge. This is fine if you are told, but not fine if you realize the extra charge when you closely examine the receipt at home.

This review is for the customer service demonstrated in the NYC based Rejuvenation flagship store. For me, customer service is just as important as the quality and design of the products Im purchasing. Jordan at the NYC Rejuvenation store was amazing to deal with. He was knowledgable about the products, friendly, competent, and displayed a genuine interest in the needs and best interest of the customer. Its pretty difficult to get that kind of service anywhere these days (including the sister store Westelm).If you have any concerns or want more information about a product before pulling the trigger Id definitely recommend going to the NYC flagship Rejuvenation store and ask for Jordan. If its Rejuvenations custom and policy to treat its customers the way Jordan does, I will be a lifelong customer.
