Do not go here. Workers have the worst and most disgusting attitude, and they were caught selling ivory.

I do not recommend this shop to any person.Bullying tactics used to force sales, fake stories told to make sales, over priced goods. My child was actually terrified being in the store taken up to another floor from where the goods actually were on ground floor originally on display.A single woman and child I was very scared and in the end had to buy something before being let out the store.I was shocked this type of selling is legal in a city like NY!So do not go there and steer clear of David the owner. Gross bullies that have no respect for the customer - it’s like shopping in a 1950 movie its but something or die :(

The place is a RIP-OFF. DONT BUY a thing there. They overchargeThey dont accept returnsThey pressure you to buy without being able to check the merchandise with professionals to make sure the price is fair.I bought a pair of earrings and didnt get any positive REACTIONS and wanted to return them. They wouldnt take them backTHE WORST PLACETheres more as I am a cancer survivor of 7 months and some unexpected bills came in and I needed the money back from the earrings to pay those medical bills and there was no compassion or understanding from David the owner. He has put me in a terrible position and I dont know how I will pay for everything.I want them out of business. I will utilize every social media outlet to make sure they suffer.

Selling illegal ivory. Now theyve been heavily fined and all the ivory has been confiscated to be CRUSHED!!!! I foster orphaned elephants because their mother is killed and their tusks were poached. The baby is left crying and sometimes die over their dead mothers body! Sometimes the innocent baby is poached for what little ivory they have! Their trunks are hacked off when they are alive, too!!! So shame on this place!!!

I only gave itone star because you cant go lower!! I just learned of their flagrent abuse of the law selling illegal products made from ivory that was raped from elephants that some peices of garbage killed for. Since theyre breaking the law there, them there is no reason to doubt that they are engaging in criminal acts with the rest of their merchandise?! Its rather easy to commit fraud with antiques so why spend good money on garbage. if youre wise youd stay away from the fire the smokey store is hiding.

The owners of this store have been arrested for illegally selling ivory. Their business has caused the slaughter of hundreds of endangered elephants to produce their ivory antiques - they were indicted after they were caught trying to pass off a recently carved ivory tusk as a mammoth tusk. Elephants are on the verge of extinction and the sale of ivory has been banned in New York - please do not patronize this or any other business selling ivory items, even if they are claimed to be antique.
