I need information about a rug that a cleaner had told me might be quite valuable. I searched online and found that Hagop Manoyan in NYC provided an email address and encouraged any kind of query. I sent photos and an explanation, and the proprietors returned with an answer in under a half hour, and the information was extremely helpful (not valuable, use the rug). Much appreciated.
