They rarely pick up the phone in the pharmacy. Very frustrating when you need your meds.

Nice and organized. However, the pharmacy section staff is always rude and bored 😑. No one is forcing them to work, suggestion for the staff, if you dont like what you doing then find another job dont make yours and others lives miserable.

Been on hold for 25 minutes. Thats not cool.

I generally avoid this cvs- the staff is consistently rude and make you feel like you are inconveniencing them - particularly the lady with the long hair. If you don’t like what you do, find something else to do instead of being grouchy towards customers.

Incredibly long wait at the pharmacy even after they call you to say your prescription is ready. Oh, and the everyday prices are crazy high.

I went twice in one week to the cvs @ 1296 North Avenue. The pharmacy service is awful and unprofessional. Called and was left on hold for 30 minutes 3 days in a row. Every time a prescription is called it takes forever to have the pharmacy fill it. The girls at the register are so nasty. Where is management??? I moved from the Bronx and dealt with Rite Aid and never had a problem filling a prescription. This is happening too often and must be corrected. I am writing to cooperate office and having this issue resolved.

This has been a fairly clean store every time Ive been in it. The staff is friendly and tend to be helpful. You do need to watch the prices on the product you want to buy when you go to pay for it. Sometimes, a discrepancy exists between the price at the register and the price marked on the product (usually, the register price is higher than the price on the product). When this happens, please do not forget to object to being charged a higher price when the product is marked at a lower sales price. Also, dont forget to check your CVS ExtraCare card online before you visit this place. CVS often has discounts online that can be sent to your card but dont arent automatically offered to you unless youve sent them to your card first.

Pharmacy, not the store, closes at 6pm on Saturdays and Sundays. That is a major problem since there are no other pharmacies nearby. It must be open at least till 9 pm every day. Evenings are the only available hours for so many to collect a prescription. This is not fair. Very very very unfair.
