I would not recommend Meineke in New Rochelle. I went there previously with my husband and it was a wait but I thought the service was good. However, we received a coupon for their Meineke specifically with their address stating we can receive the synthetic oil change for $59. So my husband went there with the coupon and the gentleman not only said that he does not take the coupon and he advised him to go to the Bronx because he wanted to take the people that were behind my husband. My husband advised him that we came there before and the same guy told us that he doesn’t take appointments. In the end, my husband got the oil change for $100 and left. We also needed our brakes replaced but at this point we were disgusted with the services. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND them. I don’t know if was because he was black man but I am very disappointed.

Overall great experience, I was in a out of the place in less than a half hour! And the workers were all very kind. I have to say as a young women in her 20’s, I truly dread going into get my car serviced. In the past, I have had men speak to me with no respect while I attempted to explain what’s wrong with my car. This was the first time I felt heard and respected in a car service center. Thank you again! I will be back!

Based on good reviews I visited this shop for air conditioning service. Worker at desk explained details and work needed to be done for AC.Soon he returned car and stated issued was resolved. Few days later on a warm day AC is not pushing out cool air.I imagine there must be another issue that wasn’t discovered or mechanic chose not to disclose in hopes of returning business .Its this experienced I had with past mechanics who say “ problem solved” when it really isn’t and I spend more money. Not returning

My car was having AC issues and they fixed it ASAP. They even took the time to teach me about the issue, what may have caused it, and how we can fix it. I was there no more than an hour. Service was good,but didnt like the fact that this meineke service center in new Rochelle, didnt take Meineke coupons, I had a coupon for 19.99,but had to pay 50.00 for a basic oil change.Also had a ignition coil change which I had the part and was charged 125.00 for labor for 1hr of work, thats dealership prices,other than that,was pleased with the work..

Best mechanics I have ever met in the state. Kind, considerate of all customers no matter what the job is, and offer advice over the phone that really helps at home. Definitely want to swing by if you have any kind of car trouble and are in the neighborhood.

This place is awesome. Im not very familiar with car repairs and costs and always worry that I can be overcharged. The guys here at Meineke are professional and honest and showed me exactly what was wrong with my car. I had no doubts my Toyota was in good hands. I got 2 new tires and 2 new rims and an oil change for a very reasonable price and in a timely manner. You dont realize how bad your car was until you get it fixed at Meinekes! Its so smooth now! And my gas mileage went up!

Honda messed up my car, and forgot to put the cap back on my engine from my last oil change. I was smelling gas and couldn’t figure out why. This place has Great customer service and very nice workers. Short wait and was able to stay with-in covid regulations. I will be back to have my car service with them again. They explained everything to me in detail and made me feel very comfortable with their service.

The New Rochelle, NY location would not honor their own coupon for an oil change and charged me $45.00 for the oil change when every other place is $30-$35. I would never go to this place again. Also the location address is printed on the coupon as well. I will be getting in touch with corporate to understand if this is a way to get customers in the door. Bad business!!!

This is by far the best Meineke I have been to, Paul did an excellent job on my 2019 Mustang GT, we replaced the stock resonator and axlebacks and replaced them eith a H pipe and Flownaster Outlaw Axlebacks, and it sounds incredible, he took his time and did the job right, he had the car still on the lift when I came to pick her up so I could inspect the work myself, FLAWLESS, no bubbles in the welding, everything was nice and tight up there. Pipes were level, everything underneath looks stock even after the aftermarket setup. Paul is a solid guy, honest, and takes great pride in his work. Couldnt ask for more.

I come from a racing family and know a bit about cars. Have built them from the ground up. Im in a different profession now and dont have time. I have had a very hard time finding good, honest mechanics in this area. Many are nice and talk a good game, but are lazy and dont do good work. Others are just dishonest (shockingly so in some cases).This shop is an exception. Good mechanics, straight talk, quick turnaround. A problem two other shops claimed not to be able to find, they found very quickly and fixed it, for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Jack and his uncle were not only very professional, but their friendly and engaging manner were outstanding. They had to custom make a couple of worn exhaust pipes for my Lexus. Not only was the work beautifully done, but at substantially less than it would have cost me at Lexus or elsewhere. I’m going back soon for a couple of other smaller repairs very soon. I came for an inspection and the Mike immediately noticed a rattling sound as he pulled the car into the garage. Paul found the source of the rattling which eluded other mechanics who have worked on my car over the past 4 years. Mike explained the problem clearly with diagrams. I brought the car back to fix the issue and the car rattles no more.Waiting area could use sprucing up.

Honest, fair and efficient. Dealer said needed new breakers and rotors. Prices seemed high. Initially, Meineke said to bring it in to even see if I needed them. Turning down money is always a sign of honest and fair people. Brought in my wife’s car and it did in fact need work. They gave me a price much cheaper than the dealer and did the work in less than two hours. Can’t say enough good things about them.

Been here a few times. Once, Jack reset my check engine light free of charge and today was a great deal on an A/C issue. Hes quick, nice and knows what hes talking about. Definitely recommend.

The folks at Meineke in New Rochelle wer absolutely awesome! I had scheduled an appointment online 4 a muffler to be installed that same day. I was not expecting them to be able to take me on such short notice but they did and I was in and out in about an hour. The muffler works great sounds great and I highly recommend Meineke in New Rochelle.

I clearly know nothing about cars and I went in with a 2006 Scion Xb with 111,000 miles on it for an oil change and said something like please look around in there and let me know if I need anything else. When I came back I was told you dont need anything else. Honest shop, nice people. Go there.

I have been going here since the placed opened and its great!!! Not only do I bring my cars here to get serviced but I bring my whole families. They have done a radiator replacement, brakes, muffler replacement all were at the lowest price I could find. All in all a great shop I highly recommend it.

Staff was nice and service was quick enough. I went in for an inspection, and probably waited about 20 mins for the whole thing. They have a waiting area, and a tv, but its not warm, only cause the door is constantly being used.

These people are crooks. Took my car in to have cats replaced. Charged me more per hour ($150/hr) than custom specialty fabrication shops because installing cats is a custom job. I though these guys specialise in exhaust work?? On top of that, they did a terrible job. My car rattles like crazy now because fitment was a hack job at best. Should have went to the custom fabrication shop - quality would have been worlds better. Also the guy working in my car took several cigarette, snack and phone breaks and charged me for that time. For the final blow, they did not honor a meineke exhaust work coupon I got from their website because it doesnt apply to custom jobs. Wake up guys - replacing cats is an exhaust job and exhaust work in an exhaust shop is not custom. Guy in charge was not friendly nor did he seem reasonable. Steer clear. Not honest people.

Very convinient and no mattere what the car need gets done

I had a wonderful experience at this shop last week.. excellent customer service, and the price was right.. by far the most HONEST, KNOWLEDGABLE, and PROFESSIONAL mechanic I have ever met in my ENTIRE LIFE !!! I had a problem with my exhaust system on my Mercedes and initially went to the local Mercedes dealership to get it repaired.. the dealership refused to repair my exhaust leak and told me that I needed to replace the whole exhaust system in order to fix the leak. They wanted to bathe me $2,500 to replace the whole system.. I did not have that kind of money on hand, and to be honest I just wanted a second opinion before i dished out that kind of cash.. the next morning I took my car over to MeiNeKe in New Rochelle on north avenue.. not only did they diagnose the the exhaust leak in minutes, but they took the time to thoroughly explain to me IK DETAIL, exactly what had happened, and gave me multiple options for possible fixes.. long story short I was able to repair just the damaged portion of my muffler instead of letting the dealership replace the whole exhaust system just because of a small piece that was broken.. so instead of wasting $2,500 to replace parts that werent even broken, I was able to have MeiNeKe replace ONLY the damaged portion of the muffler saving me a total of $2,250 !!!!!! I would highly recommend going to these guys for ANY AND ALL issues you may have with your car.. The most honest, trustworthy, and professional repair shop I have ever been to ! They dont even know it but they just earned a lifetime customer !! Give these guys a shot !! Even if its just for a second opinion, although I would make them my first stop !! Trust me, you wont be disappointed !!

Although they receive their appointments in their gmail inbox, they say they do not look at them. They showed me the email but said oh well The person up front said he could get me in after about a 1.5 to 2 hour wait and said the fact that they dont typically get their appointments that are made online and it wasnt his issue to deal with. All he needed to do was look and see I made the appointment the day before.At the end of the conversation I was told that if I want an oil change dont go to Meineke, they are a full service center and not there to just change oil. This was one of the most unprofessional people Ive ever seen working under any type of franchised name.I would stay clear unless you absolutely had to go to this place.
