My car was hit while park, the landscaper company paid for repairs, they did awesome. Went back to get something smoothed about the paint, no problem whatsoever. Great! Couldnt get thru phone, sent an email and responded in a well time manner. Awesome****

Did great work on my car. Called when it was ready.

I came in to get an estimate to fix a broken side view mirror. The work was done but when I came to pick up the car only the cap of the mirror had been replaced and not the broken turn signal or another broken piece underneath. Nobody mentioned anything to me and if I hadnt checked they would have been happy to see me go. When I told them the entire mirror had not been fixed, they gave no apology, only a story about how all cars are different and vws are complicated and their mirrors have multiple parts. How is that my concern??? I really didnt understand how a reputable autobody shop didnt know to make sure it has all the parts to it needs to fix something. I was then given an estimate for the remaining parts and was told I wouldnt be charged for the labor. When I went back to get the missing parts put on, they were good about getting it done quickly and the mechanic did a fantastic job. However, they then tried to charge me $50 more than what I was originally told. Long story short I was not pleased with my experience, poor management and lack of attention to detail really hurts this place. I wouldnt recommend it.

I needed car repairs from two individual accident s and New Rochelle Auto Repair did a excellent job. What should have taken 2 weeks took a little over a week. My car looked Brand New!!!!!

Frank and all the people at NRAB are terrific. They picked me up and dropped me off and arranged and returned my rental for me. The car looked great, they even buffed out some scratches on the other side of the car and touched up all the little dings on the front bumper for me at no charge. Very friendly, very helpful.

After Having a THREE MONTH ordeal, going back and forth with brake repairs that were done at New Rochelle Auto Body I strongly would not recommend this shop for anything!!! After picking up my car for the Third time, I was assured by Frank Bombace that everything was fine. That same day I got stuck on 684 with my 6 year old daughter for one hour till a tow truck came. When I took it to another shop after evaluating my brakes I was lucky and thank God I did not have an accident! When I told Frank what happened he ignored me. His wife and partner Liz had the nerve to attempt to make excuses for the problem and when I ignored her she lunged at me like an animal calling me all sorts of names, BAD BUSINESS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
