Someone opened their passenger door and scratched my BMW from the driver side door allthe way back to the rear quarter panel of the car. Laser dealt with the person’s insurance from beginning to end and made the process very easy for me. They replaced the car doors completely and made my lease look new again which I was most worried about. They detailed the entire car as well which was wonderful! Thank you Marty and Domingo!

This is an excellent body shop. I had used another body shop in New Rochelle years ago that did poorly matched paint and too much body filler. After that experience I switched to a body shop in Yorktown for many years (I used to work in Yorktown). I would occasionally find missing trim pieces or fasteners. In this case the bumper repair looks fantastic and they polished the rest of the car and headlamps. They even detailed under the hood. I dropped off the rental to them and forgot to fill up the gas tank. They filled the tank and returned it to Enterprise. No charge. Amazing. Marty and Nora provide impeccable service. In 3 days they turned the car around. I wish I had found them years ago. They have my full recommendation.

Craig and his team are extremely professional and great at what they do. I got into a car accident which is stressful as is and going to this repair shop relieved my stress. I came into the office as a walk in, no appointment and I was taken care of immediately. Front desk is very attentive and helpful, in less then 10 minutes they started the process to make repairs on my car and I got a lift to enterprise for my rental. Laser frame and body took care of all the background work, they spoke to my insurance, scheduled the appointment for the adjuster to come out to look at my vehicle and get the ball rolling.. I did Not have to do much on my part asides from wait. Craig kept me up to date with everything. The adjuster had estimated my car would take 19days to repair and they actually had my car ready in less then two weeks which was nice. . I received a phone call to arrange a day for pick up and to my surprise they were open on a Saturday which was great since I work M-F. When I picked up my car I was in shock at how it looked, literally jaw dropping. I kid you not my car looked better then when I originally bought it. Craig walked me around the car and although Im no mechanic he explained to me in detail on exactly what was replaced on the car and what they did. All parts are OEM, no aftermarket rip off. If I can give this place more then 5 stars I would. They deserve it, the autobody shop really stands behind their mission statement Our pledge is to restore your car to a condition equal to or better than before the damage occurred .. I recommend this body shop to anybody looking to get any minor to big job done on their car. They are really about quality work here, no short cuts. .Thank you Craig and team you guys are great. Had an issue with my 2003 chrysler.Had a tie rod changed and was in need of a wheel alignment.Went to a reputable mechanic who told me a wheel alignment cant be done because I had some body damage.Had the car for 12 yrs no accident, what is he talking about?Took it to another reputable place and was told the same thing! I just googled frame straightening.Laser Frame and Body Repair came up, with a few other places.I liked their reviews so I called and explained my situation.Spoke to Domingo, who told me come on up, well be glad to check it out When I got there Corey was coming out the office and I explained my dilemma.He said who did I speak to ( at the time I didnt know Domingos name) but I said I called about 15-20 minutes ago.Domingo came out and they both looked under my hood for damages.Corey then had a car taken off a lift and drove mine in and simulated a wheel alignment while he inspected the underneath of the car.In a few minutes he called me over to show me his findings: A SLIGHTLY BENT LOWER CONTROL ARM, which he said would bring up bad specs on an alignment.From the time I drove up, until his findings, took less the 30 minutes.I went and bought a lower control arm for the passenger side and I took my car back to the last place that attempted to do the alignment and had them change the lower control arm and my alignment is PERFECT.Thank you Corey for finding the issue and not charging me A DIME!! I swear if I EVER need body work on my car I Am coming here.These guys are the best and you can tell they know what theyre talking about as well as what theyre doing.Anybody reading this review.Dont hesitate go to Laser, they will treat you right.Remember I had no scheduled appointment.They took me in like this was scheduled.Corey and Domingo I cant thank you enough.

The best car service ever! They were so polite and helpful I can’t believe I experienced this at car body repair. I went to get a quote to fix some scratches and dents so I can return my car when the lease ends.I didn’t want to spend too much money on repeating the dents so they cleaned up the scratches and did some touch ups free of charge.Incredible! I liked their professionalism (I always got an immediate answer when I called and they kept their word on the date my car would be ready), their pristine work (my car looked like a brand new car), their initiative (my inspection was about to expire and they got it inspected for me!), and their passion to do a great job. Laser Frame is the BEST autobody shop around. First, their customer service is SUPERB. You can ask them any question and they will be honest, looking out for your best interests. They will help you with any insurance questions, car rentals etc... Laser Frame truly puts their customers first. I had my car serviced by them a couple of times and I was more than pleased both times! They work quickly and efficiently. These guys do phenomenal work bringing your car back to the state it was in before (and even better in some cases). They also do a great job with the insurance and make it very easy on the customer. USE LASER FRAME!!!I have not even had the work on my car done yet but I have to say that Ive never been tretaed so well by an auto repair shop. These guys are surpisingly normal and easy going. They are also very organized and can give you clear ansrwers, suggestions, and options. Mind you Im only having minor work done for for very little money and they took me seriously. I went there for an estimate unannounced on a saturday 15 minutes before they closed. They did it fast and explained everything. There was no pressure to start the work. When I called back to initiate the repair a month later, Craig responded fast and professionally. He implicitley understood that its important to not have your car in a shop for a long time and presented me with a plan to get it done fast with the least disruption to my familiys life. I keep thinking this is some type of practical joke or Im on candid camera. I have no doubt the work will be first rate. Im from New York and Ive been around the block more than a few times.
