The Mt Kisco service department was very attentive and the service was performed in a timely manner.I was somewhat disappointed upon return of my vehicle as it had at least five grease spots on my interior upholstery. However, the service manager, Charles, advised the best products to use to clean, and upon his advice I bought what he had suggested and was able to remove the spots. I appreciated his offer to bring back my vehicle to have the spots cleaned if my treatment was unsuccessful.I also had recall service done on my 2020 vehicle with a reasonable wait time.
Recently leased a car from them. Excellent experience and spectacular service! I worked with Nolan O’Brien who was very professional and patient, answered all of my questions and helped me get a great deal. He also set up my vehicle up via text and email prior to my arrival. When I got there everything was spotless, the plates went on the car and I was good to go. Never felt hassled and no hard sell. He checked in to make sure I was enjoying my ride.Tamatha in compliance was also very nice and walked through all the detailed stuff no one wants to do. Im not sure if anyone has experienced computer issues with their entertainment system, locking to all functions and essentially re-booting at random navigation, phone, radio etc. This is my fourth trip with no explanation of next steps to remedy the problem at 120-miles round trip. I must say that a loaner was provided, and all the front/desk staff are courteous and professional. However, after the vehicle leaves their hands, there are some major concerns with the repair process.
I stand corrected. Land Rover of New Rochelle redeemed themselves beyond my expectations. I applaud them. Great job be their entire team.

Management should realize most buyers seeking this price point would prefer dealing straight up and not the back & forth of let me see what the sales manager will let me do...That said, they have a good selection of many high end makes & models. This potential buyer found a great deal on a different make vehicle.

My girlfriend got her car from here. As she bought the car, the dealership was aware of a problem diagnosed in their own service department. Saying “under warranty” that they will cover it under the warranty. No a single word has been heard back. My girlfriend has called multiple times over the past 4 months requesting a solution to this problem. They would brush her off and and wouldn’t attend to any kind of customer service. They’ve confirmed that the repair is covered yet they dont want to cover it. She as well left a review that they removed but oh well. We reported it with the dmv of new york state and its in their hands now. The higher ups is what it has to take to get the attention of a dealership that only cares about you when you walk thru the door and walk away with the car. Once the deal is through, so is their customer service. I know sales was a selfish business, but not to this extent.
My entire process started over the phone because I live about 2 hours away. James (pre-owned sales manager) and Ebony (sales person) made the entire process very quick and painless. Great experience! The sales associate Ebony Bryant was pleasant and really knowledgeable about the car. After the test drive we decided to buy and Ebony helped us in our decisions with choice of color, interior, packages, etc. Came in on Wednesday and returned on Friday to complete final lease/purchase. She spent a lot of time going over and showing us all the features of the car since its very technical. We drove home confident in our new Range Rover Sport HSE.
I had an appointment late May to take my LR4 in for a yearly service appointment and my break pad light came on 3 weeks before my appointment. Johann fit me in early. Was very honest about the timing for fixing my car and also managed to have my car serviced at the same time. He was incredibly professional and my car was returned to me looking and feeling brand new.
I leased the Range Rover Velar. George Lefer was the Sales Associate who helped me throughout the entire process. George was very helpful during the whole process and made everything easy. When I made my appointment to service my Range Rover Velar they said it would take 2 hrs. To complete, my vehicle was returned to me in that 2 hr. Window service completed & vehicle washed. The only thing which would have made the experience more pleasurable. If I didn’t have to pay for it 😊

Dishonest and poor service, I would never recommend this place to anyone. I always say that the integrity of any service starts with the leadership/management. On my purchase of my range rover, I experienced hidden fees and extra charges that were not authorized by me and were spotted when the numbers were not adding up. this happened 3 times and no apologies were made. I was able to catch them and they were forced to remove them. At the end they charged me for a leather kit that i did not ask for in addition to having me sitting and waiting for an hour while my dealer went to handle some other business in the middle of my purchase. I left serval messages for the manager Kevin, who never bothered to call me back. In addition o that my mother called and spoke with him in which he said he would look into it, and here is is 2 weeks after my purchase and i have heard nothing back. I even responded to an email which asked how my service was and still no care was given by the management to call me back. I had to go back and forth with my band to figure out how to get the dealer ship the money for my vehicle because the dealer kept failing to do so and in a timely manner. That was completely unacceptable! The i finally did go and pick up the car, it was dirty an you could tell that they did a rush cleaning due to the poor cleaning appearance of the car. This place and service in disgusting, rude, dishonest and unprofessional! there is no integrity and what makes it worse is that I am military and was treated with such disrespect. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I f i could give it no stars, i would. If you do decide to use this place anyway, make sure you do all the math!
Our experience at JLR of Larchmont was absolutely exceptional. I submitted a request for pricing through their website, was promptly contacted by Leonard Curtis, who requested my desired configuration for a Velar, did his research and within 30 mins provided options. I visited the dealership the same afternoon, and while not all the options were still available when we arrived, the one we wanted was still available. We discussed my deal requirements, met with the Sales manager Jim and within 15 mins we were in agreement on a deal. we wanted Apple CarPlay installed on the Velar and Jim & team took care of this, though not able to install at delivery, they picked up my car from our home 30 miles away, had the feature installed and the car ready the same evening. Very professionally handled through the entire process. Lenny, new to the dealership was absolutely very knowledgeable of the vehicle, the process and saw to it that we were treated well from start to finish, all the while staying in communication with me. Jim personally assured us that he would take care of the Apple CarPlay installation and came through as promised. I would recommend dealing with these good people and recommend the dealership to anyone seeking to buy a JLR.

The lack of communication will drive you crazy! I wish I had purchased from another dealer. The ONLY reason I am giving Land Rover of Larchmont five stars is because of my Salesman, Mr. James (Jim) Raysor. Mr. Raysor is a consummate professional, he is well spoken, a complete gentleman, and was completely available to us, from the beginning to the end of the process. We reside in Connecticut, and as such thought it best to take the train down, rather than have to drive two vehicles back. Mr. Raysor picked us up at the station, helped my husband find appropriate food for me to eat as I have low blood sugar issues. He spent a great deal of time explaining the entire process and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to lease or purchase a vehicle from this dealership! *****FIVE STARS for Mr. James Raysor.On the other hand, and sadly, Mr. Joe Santiago in financial left quite a bit to be desired. I brought a check for the down payment, which would be drawn against my credit card at 0% interest, but that wasnt good enough! He was curt, and rude.
