If you are looking to match a paint color this isn’t the place to do it. They couldn’t match a standard Benjamin Moore color off the card and then proceeded to tell me they needed to custom mix it after talking to the manager. Most places use computer assisted machines to create the mix to ensure consistency. Will not be using again for paint needs.

My first encounter with Ricciardi Bros. was decades ago when they were only a paint store. Theyre now a paint and hardware store which is more convenient (when was a painting project ever only about painting?). Helpful folks but prices are higher than the big box stores, thus only four stars. If you need help, this is the place to go. If youre price sensitive, you may want to head elsewhere. As for me, I need all the help I can get.

They were very nice and helpful. The sales clerk ordered something special for me, he took the time to look it up. I appreciate the extra effort.

Unique in the Ricciardi store chain, this store combines Ricciardi paints/supplies with all the goods/services from its former life as the towns hardware store. Same people were kept on in the transition; so, they truly know your name when you visit. Great, local resource

Every town should be so lucky to have a local hardware store like this.

After visiting 3 times I probably wont be back. On the second, the 3 guys standing around could not be bothered to stop their conversation to help me, so I walked out. Today on this 3rd visit, there were 2 slow people working the entire store and Ive been here 30 minutes to buy contractor bags I had to hunt for myself.
