SCAM! GO TO ANOTHER UHAUL! Fake reviews!This place charged me an entire extra day, double insurance, and charged me for gas even though I filled up the tank to full. I had to sit on customer service for 30 minutes to get a refund. Tried to scam me in every way possible!

Reasonable priced, probably best in the area. Clean and well maintained, 5x5 is just over $42 a month after taxes, etc.

Mary and Eric were great. U-haul is always good, why bother with anywhere else. Whether you need to rent a truck or rent a storage unit. This is the place to go. Quick, easy, clean, helpful, friendly what more can you ask for?

What can i say. From beginning to end my experience was pleasant and just down right welcoming. Mary and Eric have done a fine job with this location. Yet the Gem of the establishment is Kayla. The face of the store. I walked in and was greeted with a smile and she is really funny. Definitely made me feel as if i were at home and like it wasnt a transaction. Will recommend to family and friends...GIVE HER A RAISE!!!!! WELL WORTH IT!!!!

This place is the perfect place to store your things. Its so clean, open, roomy and owners are wonderful. My favorite reason for 5 stars is the location and safety I feel. Its close to US 19 so theres no long road to some back lot where you feel alone. The roads around and between the buildings are wide which so many other places they are small and you feel trapped and hard to turn around.This place is top notch and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Mary and Eric are so sweet! Ive been renting a storage unit from them for about a year now. And Ive never had any issues with them, their staff, paying my bill. Nothing. Theyre great! And I plan on renting a uhaul truck from them in the near future! :)

Poor customer service. They miss scheduled my date and did nothing but pass me along to the 800 call center. Had larger truck on lot not being used an choose not to rectify the situation. Will never use this location again. Thank your manager for not willing to be helpful.

What can I say...Eric and Mary are very nice people. They regonize me and call me by name, just a nice touch with a smile.

When dealing with management, its a five star review hands down. However, the other staff are terrible. Today, I delt with Carmella, she was rude, never said hello, how are you, what can I do for you today, and she seemed pretty annoyed that she had to stand up and help us get our storage unit started. The owners are great, weve rented from them before and thats why we decided to come back; on the other hand, they need to get better staff.

Rude confrontational unhelpful. The worst experience I have ever had with U Haul location anywhere in the country. I do not normally post any review good or bad but this is an exception. No help. Rude mean both husband and wife. They gang up on you to make themselves seem right even when they are wrong. They would prefer to win against doing what is right for the customer and lose thousands of dollars then admit they were wrong or short sighted. Ignorant and should not be in business. With 3 stars they wont be for long.

U-Haul has always done me right even though they have loopholes in their contracts

Let me first say that I can usually put up with alot of unprofessional people, but Uhaul of New Port Richey at 6118 US Hwy 19 has dissapointed me recently. I have rented a air controlled unit at this facility for almost a year now. My furnture has developed mold all over it as well as many other items. I have never in my other experiences with other air controlled storage units had this problem. The first time I mentioned the problem I was told that the air conditoner in my building had broke down but they never said how long. No sympathy, nobody at the office seemed to care. Recently as I stared to remove items from my unit did I start to realize how bad it was and brought it up again. I was told that we live in Florida and thats the way it is with the humidity. Thats the whole reason I put my things in an air controlled enviroment. I mean at this point I could.have put my things outside somewhere and saved myself $145 every month. Use vineager to clean my cloth items they said. Thanks uhaul. I found damage to lamp shades that almost looked like they had got wet, boxes sagging due to high humidity, antiques with mold on the bottoms and tops. I feel as though I am being ignored and lied to. Not a pleasant experience.
