Just moved my stuff out of a unit here because I had spiders making homes in my stuff, ants under the foundation (millions of ants) and the ceiling had spray insulation falling all over my stuff, and junkies living in a couple of units there.. Steer clear of this business!! Disgusting! Bad business!!! They dont seem to care about you concerns at all!!! Worst storage units ever!!!

Ive used this location many times whether it was me moving or helping someone move and the customer service is outstanding even when phased with a lobby full of customers. They keep their cool and get to everyone when they can. I love the friendly service I receive every time. Some of these negative comments are bad. Im sure Uhaul has their own policies on how to do business. They do it to keep all of us safe.

The gentleman there on Friday was extremely helpful and friendly! Awesome customer service!!! Highly recommend!

Went Saturday March 6th at 1pm to get two propane bottles filled. Attendant said we are only filling bottles today after 1:30. I left and came back at 3. The Attendant then said the guy that does it is too busy and is not filling bottles at all today. I asked how many times should I come back till I can get them filled? Her response was There are plenty of other places around here to get propane. She is right. Ill never go back.

I scrambled around for U-Haul when I came down from New York I spoke to Ted Turner general manager I was happy to move in looked like a nice clean establishment after about 2 weeks I realized it was roaches I spoke to him he told me he would take care of it could possibly be the unit next door here I am 2 months later I open up my unit and its riddled with roaches so be careful before you rent and no he didnt compensate me in any way welcome to Florida

Whenever I need a truck I Always use this location. Only. They have always met my needs and been polite and helpful. I even get my propane here its cheaper than Ace hardware and other places. Thanks and keep up the great work.

I had 2 uboxes that needed to be delivered to my house. Jesse took care of it right away and had everything set up. Couldnt have been happier!

Had an appointment to have a hitch installed on my Jeep for Wednesday at 12:30. They called and asked to move it to Tuesday at 12:30. I changed my schedule to accommodate them and the installer was late coming to work and I had to wait. There was another customer waiting and said her appointment was at 12:00 and they damaged her SUV installing a hitch and not to trust them. I cancelled and went to another U Haul that did my Lexus SUV when I purchased it new in 2016. Stay away from this particular U Haul everyone that was working there did not look or act professional. Buyer Beware!!!!

They rented us a unit with a big gap at top of unit. Didnt notice it until after we moved in. All of our stuff was molded! Spent 3 yrs worth of rent on this unit only to have everything ruined. Went to move out was told not to use dumpster twice for small items such as boxes and books..stuffed animals..etc. Submitted move out Form on the 1st of Oct. Rent was the 2nd of every month. They tried to charge for Oct. rent. Because they said they hadnt had a chance to look at the unit. I call bull***t! Just trying to get another months rent. Jacob was also very rude. I told them we would pay the clean out fee of $50 stated on the website as we had no way of moving the few ruined items of furniture left in unit. He was still Rude. Never rent from this location. I have used uhaul 4 times in the last 15 yrs..this locations storage units and staff are horrible.

This was THE WORST customer service EVER! I would give zero stars. I scheduled an appointment on the website to install a trailer hitch. It was scheduled for two weeks out at 7am on a Saturday. I figured it was due to getting the parts in. I showed up at 7am only to be told by the manager Tim, 1. The guy that does the installation doesnt come into work until 2pm! Why have a website schedule an appointment if the store doesnt follow accommodate the hours listed? 2. the part isnt in. I asked why didnt anyone call me? Apologies were given however, I was told by Tim that the part will be in Tuesday. TUESDAY came and went. On Wednesday I was called and said the part would be in on Friday but couldnt get me in until Sunday. At 130. I said ok. I was called on Saturday. I didnt pick up but I called back. The store didnt pick up. I was transferred to what I assume was the corporate office. They looked up my account and said i was good to go for Sunday! I get there on Sunday only to be told that the part did not come in! Then Tim begins to argue with me on the fact that I didnt pick up the phone. I explained that I called back. As a manager, Tim should have made sure he communicated with me...They also began to blame FedEx. If it takes Fedex to 4 weeks to get parts maybe you want to find another carrier.. i think someone did not order the parts.I had to get my money back. They made no attempt to make this right. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR ANYTHING. It is obvious they do not put their customers first. Two weekends ruined....

I purchased nine gallons propane on 07/27/20 the receipt: 9 gallons x $3.99 equal $35.91 and they added taxes $3.59 equal 10%. I know the taxes at any fuel is included in the price and when I get it from home depot, Walmart they never add taxes.

I made an appointment 2 week in advance to have a hitch installed and when I showed up the day of the installation they told me that the installation date was changed without any notice given. I set that date for a reason it was the only day that I had off and now they want to change the day, time and location to suit their needs. And to top it all off have me go 20-30 miles out of my way to get it done 2 weeks later ! U-haul has proven to be totally unreasonable unreliable and unwilling to do whatever it takes to make up for there mistakes. I have used them in the past with no issues but this day has blackened the eye of U-Haul for me !

The girl wouldnt fill my propane tank because she said it was too rusty. I have always had my tanks refilled there and as recently as 2 weeks ago and I have never had a problem with it before today. So I had to take it straight to next closest place and got it filled without any problems. Clearly she was not experienced and now I cant count on this location.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. More then one time I have come to this pace and experienced nothing but rudeness and no customer care what so ever. The manager Tim who runs that the place has no clue on what he is doing or a little respect for his employees or customers.

I cannot thank Natasha and her husband enough!!! This is the place to go for your moving needs. I rented 2 trucks and a trailer for my move to Tennessee without any issues. Made my move less stressful. I highly recommend this location!!

Absolutely horrible customer service!I have been working with and utilizing U-Haul for over 20 years, for business purposes, and have never had an experience with one of U-Hauls employees as negative as the one we have had with Natasha at this location. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all cost. There are other locations with courteous staff that can assist you with you truck rental and storage needs on virtually every block. Do not waste your time doing business with this location as they obviously are not staffed with professionals.

I am a Relative To someone who do to yearly price increases and unprofessional treatment by management as well staff. Will be removing Her belongings and utilising a better choice. I can give accurate as well detailed information pertaining to legalities and or serious liabilities to this storage centers of Uhauls franchise owner upon request. I recommend at the moment if you use the facility you might wish to evaluate other leasing options if these issues with the manager as well at least one employee. I needed a quick locker for storage and it was 7pm, they closed at 8pm and John did very well helping me get the locker I needed and fast! I thought I saw fire fly off his fingertips as he typed the info into the computer! Also, he was 5*s on customer service. Uhaul did right by hiring this man as he made my experience a great one. Scheduled a appointment online for basic hitch install when they opened at 7, the clerk opening up says their installation guy times very and I should come back in a hour or just leave the vehicle there. So I come back,they had no idea what they had in stock,at first they couldn’t do it because they didn’t have the right hitch,and said they had no wiring harness at all,but I did and they ended up finding the right hitch. So they took it to the back,disassembled the rear end of my pickup without looking at the hitch, at this point I’ve already been waiting an hour, he comes back in and tells me he can’t do it because the hitch is damaged,at this point it 10:30 and I don’t wanna reschedule my appointment I want a refund. The guy couldn’t do that either but his manager can who will be in on Monday so I said fine. It’s almost been a week now. I call in and ask about the refund,and he says oh I’m sorry we never got started on that. Like really?! Some customer service. 👎 don’t come here.

Everyone very friendly. I did my reservation for online pick up but the network was down. The employee doubles team to get in and out quickly. Some guy came in and treated the employee that was working like she was stupid and yelled at and the manager. The manager handle the situation like a pro. Felt safe.

These people were very professional and helpful. I rented a trailer. They did the paperwork and then got me hooked up in 15 minutes. Would use them again. Best local selection I could find.

The provided an AT transport. They also worked with me to fix an accidental over charge. I recommend them for those needing their services.

Wasted talent. I worked there for almost a year and they had me butcher customers vehicles on trailer hitch and wireing install they had me cut and splice into vehicles wire harness and even run hot power wires over the gas tank please if you had a hitch or wireing done have your vehicle inspected at the dealer to make sure its safe to drive and wont catch fire.

Horrible service! re-scheduled me four times for a hitch installation because of a part not on time and two of the times they did not let me know whatsoever that they couldn’t do it that day. I took the entire day of work twice and they didn’t let me know they cannot do it until I was already there. Whole day wasted and they’re attitude was not the best either! Do not recommend!

Extremely rude and impolite staff. Not very helpful and like to give out “punishments” if you do not do what they say. They like to change up your schedule and be in control of what you do.I would not recommend you to this u haul location it is not a friendly or professional place.

I reserved a specific climate controlled unit for my move from Michigan and after spending 20 hours driving down to this location in a 18 Penske truck the rude clerk told me they gav it to someone else and all they had was a smaller unit that wouldnt fit all my belongings. As I was leaving I overheard another clerk say that I should have been quicker. Needless to say, these baboons wont be getting any business from me.

My name is Matthew Powell I have had a storage at this location for bout 5-6months and I have to say this has to be the worst location to deal with i have been trying to get ahold of the manager for the last 2weeks and I still have not got a phone call or email back from anyone this is not the way a business is suppose to be ran. They would not take my payment due to i was short $16.70 and I have spoke to cooperate and they said it is ridiculous that the laid did not want to take my payment because I was $16.70 short . Now I am behind and have to pay double bill which is $398.80 and all this is cause I was only 16.70 short im still waiting for a call back from the marketing Manger karrie it has been 2days I have not heard anything and im still waiting on a call from this locations Manger which it has been 2weeks now. I have never had a issues with this location until I had to deal with the lady that was outside with her girlfriend for 30mins that would NOT take my 170.00 payment because I was 16.70 short I hope my issues can be dealt with in the right way. Because my whole life is in that storage unit and nobody will work with me or call me back. I hope nobody has to deal with this same issues that Im dealing with with this location.

Came in to get a wiring harness (a plug-in) installed. Had a 2:00 appointment it is now 6:00 and they said it would take 45 minimum.. Still working on it. Update, just got home and hooked up my trailer and not a light comes on....WOW

Always take pictures of the mileage when you first get in the truck and when you drop it off ESPECIALLY at this location! Drove from New Port Richey to Spring Hill then back to New Port Richey and they charged us for 133 miles! We drove 65 max. They are willing to scam here, so come here at your own risk!

Wasnt a horrible experience and they were nice enough to get me into a bigger truck at extremely short notice only issue was the truck they gave me was practically empty on fuel which was unsightly but didnt have any issues that stopped me from getting a truck and leaving.

Stuck in a line for an hour, but Hudson we were in and out. Structure your business model a bit better, support more employees; you definitely need it!

Im a business owner of a local moving company. I was doing business with this location renting trucks and storage units. I thought I had a good strong relationship with the GM Kevin. A new man was hired by the name of Mike who I had troubles with at another location I did businesses with in Palm Harbor. Well Mike made doing business at this location unbearable all the way to making threats to me from his own cell phone. When I asked his GM Kevin to make him stop. I was told that there was nothing Kevin could do sice Mike was making threats on his own time. I am now dealing with Penske Truck Rental and Budget Truck Rental. I would never deal with any Uhaul dealership ever again. This is not a people friendly organization.

I made an appointment on Monday for a trailer hitch installation on Friday and paid extra for shipping. Friday morning they call to reschedule the installation. So much for my weekend camping trip.

This place will quote you one price then send you to another location to pick up your truck and equipment and then charge you another price and then argue that you got extra stuff but how would another location know what you have they are a rip-off U-Haul is trash and garbage trucks are broken and barely making it down the road do not trust this location nor U-Haul in general the manager try to backpedal on her conversation even though Ive told her several times that all these calls I have made or recorded bottom line they will quote you one thing and charge you another rip off U-Haul will be going out of business soon thats why they are leaving the roads
