Never had any issues with these guys here. I take multiple returns for Amazon there. Ive never been charged for anything. Its a simple transaction. I give them my code they take my package thats the end of the story. Very great

Rachel is awesome. She always has such a great attitude and works so quickly. She gets me everything I need with a smile on her face every single time. I only go to this UPS store because I know that I will be treated with respect and that everything will be done the right way because of her.

I stopped going to this location a long time ago bc they always lose my packages... but I had to go Saturday bc I had a buyer about to cancel an order so I had to drop off a package so it could show that it was tracking. That was my intent driving all the way there and I voiced that to this girl. She said It really doesnt matter because this is a usps item and they wont be able to see it. i disagreed and said yes they can see it. thats why Im here.she agreed to do it but she had an attitude however she didnt do it. instead she scanned it in a way that only printed me a reciept. she didnt weigh it and didnt assign it a real tracking #. luckily i noticed after I left so I called on my way home can you scan my packages please?guess what happened? nothing. and since she did nothing and its not tracking now the order has been canceled and now I get to try to somehow stop my canceled package from shipping or else Im out $85.if someone could explain to me why this lady went out of her way to NOT scan my packages I would LOVE to know. and she needs a serious attitude check.

This Was A Great Experience! They Got Me In And Out, I Shipped International Too, so the items that had to go through customs were carefully considered by the Employees there, and packaged with care! Thanks So Much!

Went there to ship an item. Told them ups shipping. At a ups store. Was gave one price for 3 day shipping. Apparently the store employees dont know the difference between ups and USPS as my shipment i wanted ups was shipped through USPS and now will not arrive in the 3 day time frame I paid for. Kid behind the counter was nice and all, but no knowledge

Very unprofessional, I need send medications for next day delivery, paid for next day, it was delivered after 3 days. I asked for refund, but customer service told me, this UPS store sent it late. I was back at store and they denied it. Never use this store again!!!!!

These people are scam artist I went in there with an Amazon return package a little tiny light bean bag chair the lady held her hand down on the box and told me she knew what she was doing that it would not register if she didn’t hold it down why she scanned it not to mention I called ahead 3 times no answer !!!!

I have used other shipping stores..But have never experienced such amazing patience, helpfulness and knowledge before like I received at this UPS store by a woman named Danielle.She was amazing!! I will go out of my way to go to this particular location for all my needs due to her outstanding professionalism!!!!

Most inexperienced and condescending staff I’ve ever met in my life. I asked to use their tape gun to secure a label, and they charged me $4.00 because I was going to “use the whole roll!” I didn’t use more than 5% of the roll, and they still charged me, and blamed it on the owners policy. I was a shipping manager for 10 years, and I’ve never heard of such nonsense.

Amazing patience and very helpful. I was in the store the other day and a couple was harassing the employees, being extremely rude. They did not seem to understand that their package could not be sent through UPS and not through the post office. They began to rant and rave about that they didnt want to use the post office because Trump was against it. The employees stayed calm and patient helping everyone. The guy there had the patience of Job. To still help everyone with a smile in spite of harassment is a rare thing. I frequent this store regularly and they are always the best.

I went in and a gentleman and a woman were extremely busy but went out of their way to make sure all the customers were helped. Very friendly and helpful. Nice local store.

Went in today to ship a few packages. The gentleman who works there was very unprofessional. I was sending my return slip to their very unsecure computer in the middle of the store, and he completely stopped helping us and started going off about tires that were left to be shipped with no packaging. He was ranting and raving, going on and on about the tires (that were there before I arrived), called the owner, was rude to his co-worker, as I sat there and waited for him to print my return label. Finally he comes back to help us, and then made a comment about Donald Trump and how because he doubled the fee for the USPS Amazon switched to UPS. Talked about how Amazon is a third of their business. Okay, cool, then he goes on about how Trump is ruining our economy... my husband, a Trump supporter, disagreed with him and they began debating politics. Which is absolutely ridiculous, as we left my husband told him to not talk politics at work and the man told us never to return. Well this is Trumps America and we will return!! Im kidding, but really... how blatantly disrespectful and unprofessional, from the tires to the liberal ranting... So Trump is ruining our economy but your place of business has boomed because of something Trump passed. I wish we recorded it. Based upon the previous reviews this seems par for the course at this location, I would urge the owner to instill a sense of professionalism and customer service in your employees, and leave the politics to your living room at home.

Went in to return two Amazon packages (about 30lbs each). After ringing up she wanted to charge me to tape a box. This is ridiculous! Would not wave the charge. Ive been here half a dozen other times with no problem.

They didnt leave a slip when I wasnt home. I never got my pills and they will not give them to me. Acid reflux.

Friendy staff. Unaware of shipping options or how to search for flat rate boxes. Result is lost time or double the cost. Id recommend prepaying postage and dropping off if you are using this location.

The girls that work here are awesome! They immediately greet you when you enter, even if they are currently helping someone. They are friendly and chat with you while you ship your stuff. Ive never had to wait for assistance.

Negative stars... Just to print a document they want you to save it to a super unsecure computer in the lobby where I had access to sever peoples previous docunents only to be told my document wont print because there software licence lapsed! Not to mention the totally unhelpful girls who were more interested in chatting with each other then being any help what so ever!

I went to send some merchandise and the lady at the counter had a very horrible attitude as if I was a burden for asking her to do her job. Extremely poor customer service. I’ll absolutely never use this ups store and will forever go out of my way to use a different ups store. Wish I would have caught her name to let management know how poorly of a job she did.

The owner will fee you to death. Email them a file to print and she will charge a computer use fee. $5.00 to print 9 black and white text documents. Ill take my business elsewhere.

For an amazon return they are charging for a piece of tape!!!! No other store I’ve been to charge this. Will spend the extra gas to go to next store than pay for this ridiculous charge!!!!
