Harbour Freight was great. Layla is amazing, very knowledgeable and super friendly. If I have a choice between Harbor freight and Homeys I got to Harbour Freight because of Layla.

The staff was great. We returned a broken tool and they replaced it with no problems. We shop there often. They always have what we need and are very helpful.

Some of the items such as the mighty mite saw is not annoyed enough. Had no problems returning the item with a receipt.

Horrible customer service.I live close, so shop this location often. I notice most of the staff avoid and blow off the customers as if they’re too busy. On almost every visit, I’ve heard customers ask where an item is and get told an isle number by the staff, instead of making taking the time to just go show them.Two items I needed were out of stock in the two sizes that I needed for my application. I requested a price match for the item that was available. The denial I received was as if I had asked to receive the item for free.Some customer service training is much needed.

The cashier was nice and friendly it should rub off on the other staffs very rude and curt

Went to return a water pump and apparently they have a policy now where you can only do returns with these items online. Well being a mobile detailer and already late to an appointment there was no way i could wait a few days to get this tool replaced. Even the manager was reluctant to help. A young man named Christopher was there to save the day for me and i could not be more grateful for him. He literally sat on the phone with customer service for atleast 20 minutes trying to help me get back to work. Eventually he was able to get the reference number needed in order to get the part replaced and saved me a boat load of trouble and frustration. This guy needs a raise immediately!!! Was very kind, and professional. Chris i hope you get the chance to read this cause you are the man!! He should be the manager of this location in my opinion and with the experience ive had here.

Everything I was looking for showed as in stock on their website but once in the store they had NONE OF THE PRODUCT I had seen online. Very misleading and the girl in the front of the store that didnt actually check their system or walk over to check simply said, we dont have any. Very poor attention to detail. And, it was my 1st time ever to shop HF. I will never go there for anything ahain. They wont have it in stock anyway. Right.?

I went in today for a few things that I needed whats hard to find them but I asked another guy and he told me where to find everything and picked up a few other items that were awesome prices the two ladies that were their cashiers awesome awesome the dark headed lady call my phone because I left my phone buy the clamps and I was in a panic as anybody would be we keep everything in our cell phones I mean everything but she called my phone and said thank God I found it so thank you lady so much for calling my phone right away so I could find it before some of the person picked it up and took off with it so thank you thank you thank you you guys went above and beyond thank you so much I owe and by the way the other lady set me up with points so that I can get discounts and all this other stuff so thank you lady so much you guys were awesome

Place isnt the same without their famous coupons. Really miss the availability of the coupons. Being able to go in for a few little things and being able to justify that one pricier item because I have a 20 or 30% off coupon for one item was really nice. Would join the members club to grab some of the deals but since Im only buying for hobby or dyi stuff it doesnt really offer enough value for someone like me.

Oh man....this place is great! As a woman, my carpentry skills and industry or tool knowledge are often dismissed at the big box stores but here the staff treat me with the same consideration and respect as the men. I dont get asked where my husband is or told to ask my father when I need help or just an opinion. I have always had great experiences here and look forward to many more. Thanks Harbor Freight!

Needed hemp with air compressor compressor accessories. The staff was very helpful friendly and knew exactly all the parts needed to help me.

Every time my boyfriend walks into this place, hes like a kid in a candy store.. always walks out with what he wanted & then some, this time was no different.. besides the wing place in the front of the parking lot its the only business in the plaza & the parking lot is always basically empty, front row parking!!

It was a pleasure to have been helped by a man who knows how to get it done properly. He fitted me with the right tool for the job and I was off to the project at hand in minimal time.

Went in to purchase masks for employees and grabbed 20- 10 packs and 4 set of work gloves. At the checkout, the store manager told us that there is a two quantity limit on these products, I have NO problem with this but there was NO signage to indicate this anywhere. I understand rules but at least be professional enough to make your customers aware of this prior to having them stand in line and wait to checkout. This is very disappointing considering my previous experience with Harbor Freight. PUT UP SIGNS- COMMUNICATE- this should be obvious for a retail outlet of Harbor Freights size. Poor management!

We needed a generator the store manager had one put aside for us. We live in Florida and it is hurricane season and it is very a necessary equipment needed. We were treated like number one guest at the store. When were leaving the manger thank us for shopping.

Didnt have Door knob w/deadbolt lock, reason I came in. Instead I bought American Flag, & hand Dolly, Duct tape. Nice man helped me to car, loaded Dolly & flagpole into trunk & tied it down w/ my Bungee cord. Only have to drive to Olsner. Kathleen Hulbert

I love the fact their employees are always available to help me, their stock is always full and next to the product it goes with. Very clean store have to wait and see how well the sander and buffer performs we have never purchased any of these name brands, but saved a fortune compared to other hardware stores 😀

Harbor Freight is a good place for good deals on tools and related items. If I was a professional tradesman, I personally would not buy my tools there. That said, for the typical home handyman, I have found most of their products satisfactory for my needs. Additionally there are generally coupons available for 20% discounts. And, dont forget to bring a coupon for some free item. All in all good products for the price.
