God forbid you inquire about your order, you will be canceled, blocked from contact, and told how rude you are. Terrible customer service, nasty nasty nasty woman, I feel sorry for anyone who comes into contact with her. I feel extremely sad for her husband. How such a mean person made it this far in life blows my mind. Save yourself the headache, take your business elsewhere.

I needed to ship a package fedex, I searched for the nearest to me and this store was offered as a fedex authorized center. I went in, lady asked me what I needed. I told her I Needed a next day air envelope. She told me to bring my stuff in and she would do it..I told her I did not wanted to go back all the way home, she then told me they did not just hand out the FREE fedex express envelopes..I had to bring my stuff to them because they only had *limited* amounted of envelopes to use and they could not just handed them out. This of course if is a lie, I contacted FedEx and I was told the envelopes are free to use there is no limit specially for a shipping place for Fedex! so not only did she lied to me she was very rude, I contacted their place on facebook and the lady told me again more lies and said she didnt need customers like me...I guess asking for an envelope is a federal crime. Then in all her wonderful customer service efforts she blocked me from facebook so that my comments would be deleted. Stay away from this place if you are looking for customer service.

Great people and great service. Leslie must of had a bad day.
