I’ve been very pleased with the fence that this company installed for me in 2014. So, when my fencing needs changed recently, I called them again. Steve was very prompt in assessing my needs and scheduling the job. The team that performed the install did excellent work, going out of their way to ensure I had just what I needed. I’m thrilled with the quality and the look!

American Landmark Fence came in at the lowest bid for a custom (4 ft.) white vinyl fence. They had to remove a 28 year old chain link fence, but not only did Steve and Miguel take it out, they completely installed the new fence in one day! What a great job they did and the finished fence is beautiful! I highly recommend this company

Fence is beautiful left 9 piles of broken cement dirt and sand and so many nails Ive had 3 flat tires not responsive th o cleaning it up my neighbor same issue

Terrible customer service. I met with owner 3 times at my home and we discussed at length the dimensions of what we wanted. When the installers showed up a few months later, I should have known that I was in trouble. Completely un-professional. The workers were at each others throats the entire time, they screamed at each other for most of the day, and there were several times that i feared we may have had to call the police, because they were threatening each other with physical violence. They left my yard riddled with pluming leaks, they did a piss poor job of clean up, did damage to new fencing during install, and failed to place fence on agreed upon dimensions, after speaking with the owner Steve Sullivan. He told me that he made incorrect measurements, but that was my problem, not his. I would recommend staying away from this company, dealing with them was a total nightmare.

Communication is horrible. After three times trying to install an aluminum fence, they still could finish the gate.Still doesn’t work and is a liability problem. Steve disappears once he is paid.

If I could give less than one star I would. Installation was terrible and when we called to express our unhappiness the communication from them was NON EXISTENT. Sagging gates and posts and now several months later a slight bit of wind from a storm and now I am stuck with brand new gates that are shattered in pieces. Which I will now have to pay someone else to come an replace.

Horrible quality! Didnt pull a permit, didnt even put concrete in post holes or use 8 posts. Fence started leaning within a month. Took 6 months and a lot of calls to get him to come out, then all he did was added a couple screws! Would never recommend!

DO NOT TRUST this fence company these people are going around putting stickers on other peoples work that IS NOT THEIR OWN!! BUYER BEWARE!!

Terrible installation, sagging posts and gates from the start. Absent hardware. Poor customer service from top to bottom. Stay away from this company.

This company jacked the name and logo from another Fence company
