Their pets supplies are better prices than most places. While browsing in the store an employee asked if they could help me with something. It was so nice considering that at most stores the employees avoid eye contact and pretend customers arent there. Thx!

Love big lots . Each store you go to has alot of different finds. Looks like they are selling more clothing now.

Big lots itself is great, the people at the Southgate shopping plaza are cranky. They do not tend to help you find anything because they are either too busy trying to rush you out 30 minutes prior to close or if you ask them for help they say I dont know or they are huddled in a group complaining about their hours and asking why they are hiring more people. This is everybody including the manager. Definitely impacts your shopping experience.

You can always find something you dont need. You buy it anyway.

The store is always clean and you get good customers service.

It didnt have any box fans, which was listed on the website for this location. They werent out of stock, they just didnt carry it, so it was a wasted trip. I know it can be hard to keep the website updated, but that was just my experience

I was so completely blown away by the excellent level of customer service at the store on US 19 & 52. They did not have this chair in stock but they did at the NPR store. Doug & Molly at the Hudson store helped me locate this chair were so incredibly friendly. Charlene at the NPR store was very helpful as well. Overall an excellent experience at BOTH Big Lots stores.

Things couldve Ben more organized but great customer service just prices have gotten high.

Had a great price on grass seed so went there. Hopefully itll grow. Not very crowded and just wondered around while somebody was signing up for their Big Lots card. Service was excellent several people asked if I needed anything and showed me where the grass seed was

What ever you want they got, within reason. Its biglots, not some fancy furniture place. So pull your finger out your a@@ and cone back down to earth.

Micheal was very helpful and and great asset to this store. He helped us locate a Christmas item that we wanted to purchase. The register person was also so very efficient and friendly. All over a very good shopping experience.

As a long-time customer of Big Lots, I happen to enjoy looking at what the store offers from time to time. I can usually find items for far less money than big box stores. Big Lots offers a wide array of products, including health and beauty items, pet care, household needs, cookware, picture frames, bedding, furniture, decorative items, seasonal items, automotive and lawn care items, etc. The experience is always delightful and surprising as you never know what may be offered. The employees are helpful and always at the ready to be of assistance.

We have been to the NPR store several times over the last few months. The customer service is excellent. People are so helpful and kind. My wife and I will bypass the Big Lots closer to our home just to come to this store.

The people there are very friendly

Came to return an item was told by an employee to get in a different line since lady was busy, then waited in a different line to listen to the worker(Jackie) rant on about how shes leaving at 2:15 and how shes not going to help 20 customers. Then rudely was told by her while she rolled her eyes that she cant do returns on that register. I didnt want to be in her line I was told to go there. The furniture department has been amazing to deal with and the only reason I have been here.

Always good place for low prices

This is a very nice Big Lots store. They have a pretty good selection of a lot of different things. I always find nice gifts here, especially around the holidays. There is usually something for everyone there. Very good prices on almost everything. The staff is also very helpful. They were out of an item I wanted so the cashier checked the system and told me what stores in the area had it in stock! That was really nice to do!

The purpose of this store is to sell products obtained in large quantities (lots) at bargain prices. There are some staple items (i.e. food, personal and home care) that are pretty consistently in stock, but other items can move quickly. I suggest if you see something you need and there are only one or two available, buy it. There is no guarantee it will ever be offered again.

Employees make a business hood...or bad. The ones here go above and beyond. Even prior to the mask law they wore them.They also sell them at reasonable prices.A public thanks is in order to the people who work here.THANKYOU !

The employees at this particular Big Lots are phenomenal. I didnt catch the cashiers name today, but she is a young African American gorgeous woman with little swirl designs in her hair on the sides who is always going above and beyond for the customers and coworkers. She always greets me with a smile and I leave this Big Lots feeling so happy. I choose to visit this Big Lots over others because of that and the incredible selection of products.

Big Lots is a discount store, where you can find items that you need, at greatly reduced prices.If it is food and beverages then you do have to check the labels to make sure the date is good.Household items, car accessories, furniture, gardening, beauty items, and much more for you to check out.
