I have been going to Sugardarlings for years now and in the past year and a half we have ordered cupcakes for my gender reveal, baby shower, and my daughter’s 1st birthday party! The cupcakes are always delicious and look amazing! They are consistent and always accommodate our requests. They are always a favorite at our parties and we will continue to order from them!

My husband and I went in to purchase a couple cupcakes for my 50th birthday. Not only was customer service amazing but the cupcakes were out of this world. We will most definitely be back very soon! Y’all are AWESOME!!!🥰

I went to the shop for the very first time yesterday. The owner was sooo welcoming and I couldn’t believe the variety of cupcakes. I took some home and they melted in my mouth. The cake part was very moist and the frosting was extra creamy! I’ll definitely be shopping there often!!!🧁🧁🧁

Best. That is all. Found this place because I wanted to get something special for the nursing staff where my mom is. Bought a couple for my cousin, mom, and I. Holy cow. Frosting - just right not too sweet, fluffy delicious. Moist delicious cake. And bonus! There was filling! We got the chocolate mocha, lemon, and strawberry. No picture cuz I ate it.Also, these are the perfect size. Not some giant behemoth of a cupcake.

Cute little shop. Lots of flavors to chose from and at only $1.50 each, you can try a few. We tried the cannoli, the chocolate fudge and the Boston cream. They were all delicious. The cake part is smaller than what we have recieved at other cupcake stores, but the price cant be beaten, so we will definitely be returning. Worth a visit.

So amazing celebrated my daughters 11th birthday called the day before because I unfortunately kept forgetting to call. I ordered 3 dozen and they were amazing. the cupcakes tasted wonderful. the ladies had my order ready for pick up no waiting polite and just all around an amazing experience. so glad I chose sugar darlings instead of a big chain. would recommend to anyone. My boss gave a 4 pack of Sugardarling cupcakes for my birthday and they were such an amazing treat! My assortment contained a bananas foster, a cinnamon roll, a chocolate and a pineapple caramel cupcake. I am not sure which of the 4 flavors I liked the most, because they were all so yummy and the perfect size! I am looking forward to visiting the location near me, soon!

Great little shop so many cup cakes to choose from but if your looking for a favorite flavor I would call the morning of and ask if they can make it. But great price 1.50 each of you want to buy 4/6/9/12 they have better prices also right next to a beautiful park with playground ...

Was a huge hit at the birthday party. Everyone wanted to know where I went .. They visited days later! The owner seemed a little sassy towards staff, she left half way through my visit which was a relief and I dont even work here. All in all quality of the cupcakes are 5 stars. One family member even said they were better than Publix and I may have to agree!

They are wonderful, so delicious,I ordered from them in September for a celebration of life I was having for my husband that had just passed, the cup cakes were for a dessert after a meal and was a complete success. People asked where I got them and when I told them they said they would order for birthdays and loved the varieties had gotten. I just ordered 2 dozen for Thanksgiving, perfect.

Wonderful little place on the northbound side of Old 54. Every variety of cupcake weve tried has been delicious, and weve tried quite a few. If youre not sure, try first the chocolate peanut butter, or the blueberry...something, cant think of what its called now. Those are our favorites.

OMGOODNESS, I can not express how awesome Sugardarlings is. Not only did they make 36 cupcakes last minute for my daughters birthday school celebration! But they went out of their way to make my daughter extremely happy! She wanted an explosion of nerds cupcakes for all of her friends at school! Yesterday I called and called all around the Tampabay area and no one could do it. Today I called and spoke to Jessica and she said she would make the magic happen! As an owner of a local business, I am blown away that there are other business’s that go above and beyond for their customers!!! Love this place! They have a great selection of cupcakes and they are just the perfect size. The only thing that would make it better is if you could get a variety of every kind that they can make vs. what they actually make. I dont want to order 12 of each kind that I like, but luckily for me whenever I go in they always have my favorite which is the almond wedding cake. YUM!

I read the reviews very carefully. I was so excited to experience this cake sensation. I guess I had expected real scratch home made. It is not that. It is quite typical of factory bagged mixes you add water and maybe oil to. While I am sure it is great for those who have never had real homemade ingredients such as butter, flour, vanilla, cocoa,eggs etc. Or real butter cream frosting,..then this is fine. But I was craving a real home made cupcake. I am so disappointed. The owner seemed very nice, the place is really cute. But it just is not for me. Still in search of the amazing.

Sugar Darlings cupcakes are always fresh and moist. Every cupcake shop will have will have a pretty cake with a million variations, but to serve a fresh and moist cake every single day, puts them on top in my books. I had a cupcake at the office a few weeks back from a big chain store and I took one bite and threw it in the trash. It was hard and wasnt fit to eat. I have never had anything but fresh from Sugar Darlings. I love chocolate, but prefer Sugar Darlings fruity combinations like strawberry shortcake, the various lemon flavors and the key lime pie is to die for! They all have that fruity explosion but they arent over the top in sugar. So for those folks that may not like all of the richness of the chocolate flavors, there are always fruity choices. I like the way they mix up the flavors every day. There always seems to be a new flavor in the mix and they always have a variety. This team is clever with social media advertising and I love seeing them out in our community and providing support to our schools. I think they are here for the long run and as long as they continue to produce a quality product, they will always have happy customers.

I ordered my cupcakes for my wedding on May 4th. Ordering was very simple. I found my flavor choices on their website, we tasted those flavors in store, and we ordered them shortly after.When I picked them up, I was greeted by a few lovely ladies and what I assumed was the owner/manager. Stopped in here after reading the reviews . These cupcakes are really good and flavorful. The red velvet is to die for. I usually dont care for cupcakes that have filling inside, but the filling inside the key lime cupcake was very flavorful. These cupcakes are very moist which is a huge plus. Its hard to find great cupcake places unless you take a drive into Tampa. Most cupcake shops Ive tried have had very dry cupcakes. These cupcakes were so good that Im headed back for more!

Cupcakes are reasonably priced at $1.50 - $2.00. They have the most FABULOUS gluten free cupcakes so Im sure the regular ones are good too.

Started off trying my first sugar darling cupcake at my cousins wedding and I knew I just had to have them at mine! Which was two years ago already! They were the talk of the wedding. All thr flavors are delicious and the owner and staff are always super friendly! Definitely splurge when you can!

I never have been a real “cupcake” person. Went here once and was very impressed.. what struck me though was I went to Tampa one day at a very high end cupcake shop, tried a competitors cupcake and I about SPIT it out. And it was double the price of a Sugardarlings cupcake. This place... because now I can appreciate it.. is AWESOME! The best selection of unique cupcakes for every tastebud! And the owner.. is about the sweetest most wonderful person who goes above and beyond for everyone. It would bring you to your knees how awesome she is!

I actually was going to Jersey boys deli. Got caught in a awful storm due to walking there. I went inside to find out deli closed up. The two ladies in the cupcake store was the sweetest people. Saw the show on FOX 13 this past Tues. morning. The cameraman was great as the cupcakes were made to look huge. When I arrived to purchase some for my mothers birthday, I was shocked to see how small the cupcakes are. Smaller than a normal cupcake like my cupcake pans. Bought 4 assorted. (I just read that there is discounted pricing if you buy 4/6/12 etc. which obviously is no longer the case for the purchase of 4.) Moms least favorite was the Creme Bruise which was featured on TV. Too goey if eaten at room temp so she put it in fridge then too hard. I personally would rather pay a bit more and have a larger cupcake. You can easily eat 2 of these. Also larger ones would be much more decorative. This size would be ok for a party/event but for individual purchasing I want MORE!

My last review was removed, but I will keep reposting!! This place has gone downhill!! The cupcakes are no better than boxed cake mix and the frosting is not buttercream. Its whipped and cheap-tasting. The cupcakes have gotten so tiny in size without a price reduction. Try other shops as they are much tastier, larger, and a better value!!

Very moist and delicious cupcakes with around 15 cupcakes available to choose from. More flavors can be provided but for a general impression the 15 different cupcakes are made on a daily basis.
