Bought 2 frozen coffees and they literally taste sour. You can’t taste anything but the syrup they put in them. The coffee is watered down, they are the worst ones we’ve ever had. We tried to contact them on 2 diff phone numbers but neither are working. Plus they did not give us a receipt so we will be going in tomorrow because both coffees went to waste. I hate to complain but I took 1 sip out of my drink and it was disgusting.

We went in for donuts and an ice cream cone and the aditude of the server was not very good. The ice cream was at the bottom of the barrel and tasted bad.

We go here a lot but I’m never going back. I’ve given them enough chances. Every single time I go they are out of almost all the flavors of ice cream. Worst baskin robins ever don’t go here. They aren’t even polite and are also always out of lids for to go stuff. Also donuts are stale and old.

I ordered something from there and never arrived. Honestly I’m really disappointed at this place. It’s A rip off.

Everytime I go here theyre out of ice cream or simply maybe they dont feel like making milkshakes so they deny having anything to make them. Ive even tried to order on UberEATS which to no avail had me sitting there for 40 minutes before I got a call from the driver that they were out of large cups and both flavors of ice cream i ordered.

I was taking my wife for ice cream for her birthday. We stood at the ice cream counter for more than 5 minutes before a girl said you need to place your order at the Dunkin register. There must have been seven or eight people working and they all studiously ignored us. One guy seemed to be a manager type looked like he was training a newbie. He looked right at me 3-4 times and looked away when he saw me staring at him.We went to the Dunkin register to order, but there was no listing anywhere of the ice cream flavors available. We stood at that register for 5 minutes before we left in disgust. Menchies frozen yogurt filled the bill very nicely!

Well I looked past the MANY bad reviews and ordered here so I really only have myself to blame

I’ve tried to go here twice this month now for some ice cream and the same man serving cannot seem to get the Reese’s sundae correct. The first one was a snickers sundae and then today there was no actual Reese’s in it, I don’t think there was any ice cream If any and it was definitely not the Reese’s ice cream. Mainly just ate fudge and peanut butter. Super disappointing since it’s open late night and is usually yummy. :(

Tasty i e ream and very nice employees

Stopped for coffee in between jobs. Ordered same thing every day. Med hot coffee black with 6 sugars. 20 minutes into my hour ride to work. Take a sip and has no sugar in it. So was a waste of money. Tried to call store after I Googled. It. Wrong number to store on Googleit.

This place is terrible they are always out of everything. This place is supposed to be known for all of its flavors and they never have any of them. Terrible customer service never going back again !!

I dont often visit Baskin-Robbins, generally because there are not that many around my area. After my visit to this location I have not been back. On the day of my visit I was most disappointed that they did not have vanilla ice cream in stock, the most foundational of all ice cream flavors. I dont recall what reason was given but it was less than satisfactory. Overall, there are plenty of other ice cream shops to go to.

Also a dunkin donuts. Clean, decent selection of ice cream. Staff could be friendlier

Service good, I just wish there was more creme in the Boston creme donut! There was only about a teaspoon, and I diddnt get to it until the end. There is supposed to be Boston creme in a Boston Creme donut...

Rude employees, one who took my order had zero personality. They were out of vanilla, and chocolate Ice cream. 😳 if you don’t like people don’t work in food service! Never coming back.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would give them less than that! Total incompetence. I had a coupon on my phone for but one scoop get one free, no one at this store knew how to process it because the scan gun wasnt working. There was NO MANAGER on duty. Finally the 3rd person that tried to process it after about 15 min of waiting, turns around and tells me IF IT WONT SCAN THERES NOTHING WE CAN DO!I, so I gave her back the partially eaten ice cream and told her I didnt want it. I dont know how people make it in life being so stupid

Got the warm brownie sundae to go, when I got home noticed they gave me a cold hard as a rock brownie with very little cold fudge which was suppose to be hot as well. I was home in less than 5 mins very disappointed. Not what you would expect for a $6 ice cream. Wont go back again. Will remain going to Stone Cold Creamery even though its farther from my house.

Been here twice. Had to wait at least 10 minutes to get waited on. Not because someone was ahead of me but because they only have employees on the drive thru and the dunkin donut side. Asked an employee for some service and he says he does not know how. Seriously, whoever is the manager of this place should be fired.

The clerk told me they were out of Vanilla, Strawberry, and Peanut Butter ice cream. He also stated that they haven’t got an ice cream delivery in over 2 weeks, grant it this is an ice cream establishment. 2 stars because the Ice Cream was decent.

Love the choices you have for ice cream and cones and cups. Having only one check out is a real hassle. Love the product. Hate the wait.

Fire the night crew

You need to make sure you have 15-30 minutes to waste if you want to use the drive thru during peak hours. They are very slow getting the line moving. If you plan on getting a donut with icing, be prepared to scrape the icing off the bag, because apparently they think its ok to throw the donut inside the bag, icing side down. Its disgusting.

Way over priced and dirty. Normaly I an very happy with this brand. Everyone there seemed to be in a bad mood and noone was in a hurry to take care of people. Very sad

Very disappointed. Seems like each time I visit a Dunkin Donuts, ( this time paired w/ Baskin-Robins), the staff always appears off key. Uneducated in regards to products or even what is avalible. This time the visit was focused on Baskin Robins. 31 flavors Absolutely Not. Toppings, out of Most. Could not make Most of Advertised products due to lack of product. This was NOT a busy afternoon. Counter help was polite but made the experience worse due to attitude, lack of willingness, appearance, motivation, and knowledge. In all my years of visiting either of these 2 businesses throughout Colorado I had never felt off key or dissappointment, However, here in Florida, they are Far from a place in which I will visit again...Seems like maybe the overall Company maybe in Financial trouble here in this part of the states.

The coffee was great and the donuts too. I didnt like That they dimmed the lights 5 minutes to 10pm and made us walk out in a dimly lit store tonight.

A combination of Dunkin Doughnuts and Baskin Robbins, I went there for Coffee an Doughnuts.

The boy forgot my spoons and sprinkles. Changed the price from $5.21 to $7.18. I gave him a $20 and He gave me no change and no receipt. I went to a manager and told him he said he could do nothing after I asked if he could check when he close out the register and see there’s $13 over. He closed the window in my face. I got freezer burned ice cream and lost 13 dollars. Never again.

This Baskin-Robbins is part of the Dunkin Donuts. Nice, clean store and they will hand pack quarts and half gallon ice cream for you to take home as well as the usual ice cream treats.

Employee the other night said hed never heard of “switching cups” I have a dairy allergy and asked that my non diary milkshake be blended in a new cup but he didn’t understand the concept

What a joke. Horrid service. We ordered a birthday cake from this store a week ahead of the pick up date. When we arrived to pick it up, the employees argued with each other about whether or not an order was even placed. It was unprofessional, and they were rude AF. No discounts or apologies. Im surprised they stay in business.

Im actually surprised that people keep going back here. They run out of everything all the time. No whipped cream? Starbucks makes their own. DD cant figure out how to do that? Out of most bagel types most of the time. Its going to be hard for America to run on Dunkin if Dunkin cant keep stuff ready.

Just went to get icecream at Baskin Robbins its 11:00 pm on a Saturday night and they said they dont serve icecream now. Its a 24 hour location. You cant serve 3 scoops in a cup? Really!!!!!

Awful....and it became worse when I saw an employee putting her hands inside a trash can to pushing the trash down and takenit away right after she filled some small envelopes (sleeves) with food...the registered unattended, and one of the employees with her neck full of hickicks

Dropped in to just get a plain bagel with cream cheese. In and out in less than 5 minutes. Yay!!!
