Very pleased with the sublimated pressure washing jerseys I ordered from 72HRprint. I needed length alterations and was picky about the design. They nailed it on all fronts. Took longer than expected but am happy with the products and overall experience. Will order again next year. Or whenever I put on some extra pounds and these tailored shirts look like sausage casings on me.

This was hands-down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had dealing with a vendor in my 10 years of business. I purchased 200 yard signs as part of a sale they were running, 100 for my San Antonio location, and 100 for my Oklahoma City location. Not only did it take almost 2 months to receive my signs, but when they did finally arrive, they had sent my Oklahoma City signs to San Antonio and my San Antonio signs to Oklahoma City. They also didn’t send us the stakes that were supposed to be included with the signs, and when they did send them, they sent all of them to Oklahoma City. We have paid out over $140 of additional shipping charges to get the items to the right locations. We requested a reimbursement of our shipping charges, and a very reasonable 10% discount for all the time and headaches that we experienced sorting this mess out. That was about three months ago, and we have still yet to receive a refund, so I reached out to James, the owner, and he replied that they had given us a credit towards our next order (like we would ever use them again). He also sent a copy of an email chain that he had with my wife where he had vaguely mentioned a “credit on our account,” when she had clearly requested a refund in her email. When I informed James that we had requested a refund, not a credit, he ghosted me, I have sent several emails following up over the course of almost a week, and have not received a reply from James

I have been going through Office Depot for years and their products have been getting worse and worse every time. Finally I decided to find another place. I found 72 hour print and I’m obsessed! I had them print hand sanitizer labels for my sons birthday party and they printed them beautifully the first time, perfect size and look. I had to get them done 3 times at Office Depot and they didn’t get it right at all. Plus 72 hour print got the order done in 3 hours while it was taking days for Office Depot!!! 100% recommend them to anyone who needs anything printed!!! Definitely going back to them!!!

UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I was working with a girl named EJ to get a quote for my company T-Shirts. I was only ordering about 70 dri fit shirts, so it should not have been that hard. Here it is a couple days later & Still No Quote 😞 Ive called & left messages, which she has never returned. I guess she has just forgotten 🤷 😕

Having the same issue as the other person below. Ordered business cards 1 month ago, sent three contact customer service emails and left a voicemail - heard nothing. Cancel my order and refund was the last sent hoping that happens. Needed these two weeks ago, I didnt want a large company, wanted small and local for the good customer service.

I just picked up the T-shirts I ordered for my event and they are really cool! They have some of the best prices on printed materials too. I did not know you could get 5,000 full color business cards for just $69. Just ordered some. Cant wait to get them!

They have been doing my signs and business cards for many years and are very creative. They have a fast turnaround and great prices.

I ordered cards online and got everything in time. The cards were all uniform and boxed up for travel. I would suggest stopping by the store to try a few cards in the lobby if you havent ordered business cards before. Had I done that, I would have ordered rounded corners instead of the traditional squared-off ones.

I was told about 72HRprint from an associate of mine so i decided to give them a shot with my order of full sublimation shirts for my company. There was an issue with communication between myself and the designer i was assigned to. So i contacted them and received a response same day from someone. We spoke and there was no longer an issue. My order was handled in the most professional way possible and im greatfull to have found them. Im a customer for life and there customer service is 6 stars. All companies have a few issues but what seperates this company is how they handle it through awesome customer service.

Came in to get quotes on some tshirts and banner I needed done......found out that they are called 72 hour printing but have a 5 day turn around....but if I pay a rush fee it can be done!!!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!! So much for 72 hours. Then I called back twice in one day to confirm price on rush fee....I was finally called back at 4: 48 and was told if I want order with 50.00 rush fee I had 12 minutes to place order???? I was happy with pricing but poor front service!!!

My order was cancelled after a whole week of waiting due to a bad printing machine requiring servicing might have been my luck . The customer service was initially good. The one star comes after the week notice, refund issued email, and the no answered phone calls the day after (weekday). atleast 10 calls.
