Discount on fuel is only if you pay with a debit card. Paid with cash and made to feel like a hobo for asking about it. Well I mean if you really need me to, I can refund it and you can use your card to get your special little discount or whateverSeriously? I apologize for being such an inconvenience for you maam. I go in there this morning with my granddaughter I got 2 Pepsis 2 cokes 2 for 350 they wanna charge me 49 cents on taxes a piece they said they have to charge me taxes for the original price not the sales price come on people who do you think you are the government?

No one wears masks in that store. Obviously, the employees dont care about most of their other customers getting sick and dying. There is a MASK MANDATE in Pasco County in effect but no one cares in that store. I was a regular customer in that store, but not no more. I have taken all I can and will NEVER go back. Its really bad when a business refuses to follow a County mandate to wear masks in a public place and stores. If you want to catch Covid 19, Main St & Rowan Road is the place to be.

Dont want to get covid, so I wont be visiting this location anymore. I suggest to anyone who is actually trying to stay in good health to avoid it.

Last year with the hurricane and no electric. They wanted to charge$20. For a case of water. Never went back again

I frequent this store at least once or twice a week, if not more. Staff is always friendly. Store is usually very clean and well managed. Overall, I am very pleased with products and level of customer service.

Most of the cashiers are fine. However, I had a very unpleasant experience with a girl on the day shift. She repeatedly berated me when I tried to return something with the receipt. There is no excuse for treating a customer so poorly, especially when I was kind and respectful. Really disappointed and will never shop there again.

Convenient location. Usually quick in & out visits. Nice store. Not too much traffic here on a regular basis so there is usually not a wait for a gas pump.

Cashier was super nice but i probably will never buy food from there again ...I bought 2 packs of oreos and as i started eating them they tasted stale checked the package they expired way over 2 months ago . litterally disgusted

Absolute worst experience ever at any 7/11 location. I visited this location a couple of weeks ago, and its literally taken this long to find the time to sit down and type this review, but this is something I definitely need to speak up about.Now I frequently visit 7/11 stores for their $5 pizza because me and my husband just love it. Ive never had any issues with any employees at this location or any others until this day. When I walked in, I was with a friend, I asked for a pepperoni pizza (so they could put it into the oven while I got a few other things). There were two people working, a man (possibly a supervisor) and a young lady (who I later learned was named Zabrina, from the male employee). There were 3 customers at the registers when we walked in, and after walking around to the atm (which after several failed attempts to withdraw money we discovered was broken) and made it back to the register some 10-15 minutes later, there was noone in front of us. The girl walked back up to the counter and says oh, what kind of pizza did you want?. I told her I wished they had already put it in because we were in a hurry (which is why I told her when we walked in), and she rolls her eyes and the male employee says well we had 5 people in here. A simple apology or statement to pacify me would have been nice, but really? Okay, I let it go. The girl rings me up, and as were waiting for our pizza, I asked her about a promotion on the front of the pizza case that included a 2-liter bottle of soda, she didnt know anything about it (of course, she never came around to check), so the male employee comes around to check and tells the girl that she has to refund the purchase so she can ring in the sale. She says with the nastiest attitude to him Im not doing that and turns around and continues breaking down boxes or whatever she was doing. Me and my friend were both just shocked. The male employee was apologetic but in a way that showed he had obviously dealt with her attitude more than once. It was really embarrassing for him, and for us honestly, but she didnt pay it any mind. In any case, the sale ended up being fake (I guess the 2-liter soda was just there on the promotion with the pizza, there was no deal), so we just wasted 20 mins in the store without getting the money I needed, the sale which had to be rung up twice on my cc, all to get only a pizza (which takes 3 mins) and be witness to this disgusting girl verbally abuse her manager or fellow employee. I hope she is at least watched more closely to ensure these kinds of things dont happen often.

Cashier told me to put my hot dog together just to ignore me walk away from me to serve other people . so much to first come first serve . going to race track to get my hot dog
