My husband and I were in town, staying at a hotel, for him to receive back treatment. We called Rent King to price a recliner. David was very helpful. I went to This store to price it out and see which recliner would help. There, I met with Ramades. He was extremely helpful & provided input on which chair would be best suited for my husband, based on his own experience with back surgery. We rented the recliner and it was delivered to our hotel room the same day. Excellent experience!

Truly an amazing team working at Rent King. Moved in to a new place with absolutely nothing for me or my kids much love to Radamus he got me great prices beautiful set up for every room. Delivery and setup was fabulousness they work like a pit crew they definitely got skill. I love that they work with you on payment dates as long as you communicate never hound you or shame you. Is there any possible way to leave a 1/2 star because it is a horrible store with the manager who seems to have no clue what is going on with the store he is very rude unprofessional would be a polite way of saying it .They take your money tell you what you want to hear then add on fees don’t order your product and blame it on the person no longer working there but that’s a lie because you do the same thing when it comes to payments as well so they can charge the interest!I give people chances to make the issues right but they have no clue what they are doing at this locationKeep driving it’s not worth what they are going to charge and the service the employees it’s a horrible place

We are from Ohio and are here for my husbands cancer treatments. The house we rented was great but my husband needed a chair he could put his feet up . So we went to Rent King and Radames helped us Right away. He was very kind and helpful. He was able to have the couch delivered the next day. The two gentlemen that delivered the couch, Joe and David, had my couch in my house less than 5 mins. They were clean and wore mask. I’d definitely do business there again.

Great staff and service! Called inquiring about a smart tv and they took care of the rest, including coming back to set the tv up. I also needed a stand for the tv,and it was handled as easily as the tv. Never had to go to the store either. Everything was explained clearly as far as payments and due dates. My husband and I are in Florida for a month, and needed to rent a recliner because my husband is disabled. Anthony took great care if us, and set us up with a comfortable recliner that fit our needs. This place is amazing. I love to come here and see these guys. They are ALWAYS so friendly and lively. They have quick and easy delivery and their payments are pretty good too. I know some people dread going to rental places because the people can be intimidating but lemme tell ya something. They might look intimidating but they are the friendliest bunch Ive ever met and I love going in and talking to them. And this is coming from someone thats antisocial. Always willing to get the best deal for your circumstances. I needed a washer and dryer and couldn’t afford to make that big of a purchase. They helped me get into an affordable payment plan! I then got my sectional after that was paid off. Now I’m almost paid on my bedroom set. I’ve been with them for years.

We have no way of getting a bill to the house, using auto pay, direct deposit, receiving a text reminder or any other form of receiving our bill. We get a call every month when the bill comes in like we assume all customers do. We didnt receive a call until yesterday and paid the day after because we were at work and got charged a late fee. That is really screwed up given that there is no option to do this any other way and people obviously work.Really screwed up business practice there. There should obviously be a bill sent to the address, text, auto pay, or one of the other dozens of methods available in the 21 century.As a response to this reply. We SPECIFICALLY asked for auto pay or direct deposit. We argued that a place this size should have some method of professional payment. We have NEVER paid a bill by phone like this and had an outrage when we were told that you had no other options to pay. This makes this review even more warranted as we were misled about how we pay. We were told wed get a call and that was the only way we could pay. We were never once told that we only are told our bill is due when its late?

My A/C went out. I called so many places to find a portable A/C Unit. i called Rent King and thankfully they had one in stock at the store. Dan made the whole process of renting a breeze.

Currently have a couch, dinette set, and TV stand from them. Couch started splitting at the seams. For over a month we were told someone would call to have it fixed. Nobody did anything. Finally went in to talk to the manager who agreed to just swap the couch out for another. Supposed to be delivered yesterday. Sat around and waited, nobody showed up. No call. Went in there today to ask about what happened and the employee tells us they simply forgot. Thats terrible business. If we wouldnt have gone in to ask, they probably wouldve never caught it. Dont waste your time or money.
