Great location to rent to own items. I recently did rent to own on a brand new insignia brand washer and dryer period the owner of the location was extremely helpful with helping me select the washer and dryer I wanted and fitting it into my budget. I did the 6 months same as cash and paid it off so I did receive a decent deal period their pricing is very affordable and they have a great selection. The staff were extremely friendly kind courteous and polite. I will definitely come back and rent more things as needed. They also will work with you if you need to move your payment date. Very satisfied with my experience with great rooms keep up the good work guys

I have been with great rooms on and off for a few years. They are all amazing. They are very polite and great with customers. They are also understanding as long as there is communication you would have no problem what so ever. I had life get in the way on a few payments and they were all so willing to help me. But now Justin on the other hand. He is the BEST. I moved from florida to Illinois for personal reasons so everytime I called I always asked for him. They seem to get customer service. Customer has issue do your best to resolve not try and squirm your way out. WAY TO GO GUYS!!!!! Came in with an issue and they resolved it quickly and with a better outcome than I had even imagined.
