Dont shop here the staff is rude, the General manager Miles is sarcastic and they treat you like they owe you a favor. The entire staff is a group of friends as they say in the old days. The good old boys club. All they care is for your money. Not professionals if you asked me. Very biased too....

Worst gamestop theres. My son purchased a pre-owned game last Sunday and try taking it back today, and they give him a trading value not the full refund, there policy state that u have 7 days to return the game at full refund, we are well within the 7 days, instead they give him trading value wich is 50% of what he purchased it game for. I called the store to complain and there saying there nothing they can do

Clean, great selection of used and new. The employee was informative and kind. The warranty on used games wmwas cheap and why not for a used game. You dont even need the receipt since they out the sticker on the inside if the case. Well done Gamestop. Thanks for being friendly, helpful, and giving great customer service.

Exactly what you expect. This store had nice very helpful staff at the time of our visit. They actually helped nm us save $5. This is an average size store for GameStop and it has a typical selection. As always... if you have a specific item you want then its best to call and verify they have it in stock, especially used games. They can also check other stores for stock.

This place consistently has the games you are looking for, great customer service and offer trade ins for games you are no longer playing as well as old electronics. They usually offer competitive preorder bonuses and are not afraid to reach out to other stores if they do not have what you are looking for.

Staff was really friendly and helpful, virtually no stock in the store as they have been selling out of everything recently.

Dont order from or give this company your CC info. My order was declined by my credit card company because they thought it was fraud on Nov 25th. After that I decided not to place the order. Now on Dec 1st thier system somehow ran my credit card without my authorization which is fraud. Your company had no right to re-run my credit card and I expect a phone call confirming my credit card information has been deleted from your system and an explanation of why this happened. All items will be returned unopened and I better not get any return fees.

This is the closest game stop to me so I will go here when I need something for my systems. I went in at noon to preorder a Xbox one x and I was told it wasnt till noon central time. I wouldnt have had an issue driving back if I needed to. Dj was working and he put my preorder on a system then at 1 switched it other to the Xbox at 1 oclock. He could have just said no sorry come back in a hour. I really appreciate that he did that for me instead of making me have to make 2 trips to the store for one thing.

So Dj here was very rude to his co-worker first of all I was offended tremendously he was talking to her in a nasty attitude kind of way. Then he told me never to come back in the store after all I was trying to do was sell my phone. that was the worst experience of my life with game stop. What kind of place tells her customers to never come back? He must really hate his life. Future customers beware of dj he is a rude person and called me a jerk as I was walking out of the store

I went into this Gamestop about 2 months ago and personally witnessed what Sagie Bobby mentioned below in his review.Ill start with my experience in chronological order. I needed an HDMI to Red/white/yellow converter. I called and asked what they had, asked about the product etc. DJ, who works at this Gamestop, answered and helped me out. I called around to some other stores throughout the day to look into similar products. I called Gamestop back, since I had forgotten specifically what they had, and DJ answered again. Even though he had already answered my questions when I called before, he answered them again and was friendly and helpful. So, I went to the store half an hour later to get the adapter. I got the adapter and was checking out when I heard another customer start getting agitated at the checkout counter at the next register down. I believe the customer was trying to sell his phone, and DJ calmly and respectfully told him he could only offer him so much for his phone, based on company policy and the condition of the phone etc. The customer wasnt happy with the answer, got flustered, raised his voice and stormed out. I dont understand why the customer got so agitated. Its not like DJ was making up prices (theres no reason to) like we were at a bazaar or a flea market. DJ was never disrespectful towards anyone, including his coworkers.Ive been back to this location 2 or 3 times since then, and Ive always had a good experience.
