Had to return an item. I have never been in and out of a store so quickly! I must have taken me 2 minutes, and the friendly associate was a pleasure! Two thumbs up!!!

Had an absolute terrible experience here. Took my daughter shopping as part of a little mommy daughter date night. She found a backpack she absolutely adored for $15! When we got to the counter the lady said it was the wrong tag, but she would honor the price. The manager stepped in and was incredibly rude, made the employee go check the actual price, which was $30. For double the price I passed. Things should be properly labeled in the store to begin with.

One of my fave places to shop. Always nice cashiers. Downside is I always leave with more stuff than I was looking for. Such good deals!

I use to live in Florida 34 years. I now reside in Colorado. Need some lighter clothes. This place use to be a hot mess, but in a good way. It was like a treasure hunt and you could find some great bargains. It now reminds me of Bealls itself. Very clean and organized, but with limited inventory. I didnt walk all the different departments. I was on a mission.....something to wear in the heat! Kudos for the clean up, but left without buying anything. Please go check out the updates!

Great store usually before Covid always found everything I needed.Sad today didnt find anything I was looking for. Lots of casual and swim wear.

The associates directed me to area an item I was looking for would be, they didnt have it. Another associate directed me to shorts in size I needed and theyre were only 2 pair, I asked if there were any located anywhere else, she said no, a customer overheard, and took me to another place that had plenty of shorts my size. Associates were either not knowledgeable about what they had available, or just too lazy to actually take me to the areas I needed. Felt very impersonal and almost like a bother, will not be going back

Dearth of skirts and dresses at this particular store. Has a better selection of larger sized men’s clothing. Standard Bealls Florida nautical motif.Tacked on dressing rooms made it feel like a 90’s style discount store. Good prices and selection if you don’t want dresses or skirts.

Not a bad store. Im not the biggest fan of it, just because theres not too much that I ever find there that I like. Its a clean store, decent selection of many items. Good location, nice plaza. Easy to get in & out. Good place to start if youre looking for deals.

Nice clean store with a different selection of merchandise. The selection goes from clothing to housewares and other accessories. The employees were friendly and helpful. There is plenty of free parking available.

Love this store! Best place to shop discount things for the house. Staff is always friendly and courteous! I especially loved the two girls dressed up in head to toe Xmas gear this season... I was having some trouble getting into the mood... but they were cheerful and fun. Have a great holiday ladies!!!

Very nice very neat. Employees are very friendlyHowever I did go back this weekend August 2019. I went to the ladies bathroom BIG MISTAKE. To my amazement this bathroom was so filthy. To dry your hands underneath the dryer look at it you cant tell me e-coli is not on this, just filthy. And NO I did not go in this bathroom.🦠🦠🦠

This location is in a small Shopping Center. It is a good size store. I frequent to it a lot. Mondays are 15% off discount day. They have a large selection of women, mens, and childrens clothing, lingerie, shoes, and HomeGoods. Not real thrilled about the styles. Most looks outdated. But theres always something for somebody in there. Some days are a hit and some days arent. Parking is free. Handicap parking available. Store has restrooms. Staff is very nice all the time! Happy shopping!

Good selection, but rude employees. My grandmother and I were shopping here together, she was in the women’s plus section and then moved over to junior’s plus to look in that section as well. An employee came up to her when she was in junior’s plus and asked “are you looking for women’s plus?” To which my grandmother told her no, and she assumed that was the end of the conversation. But the employee continued with “well you know the sizing is different.” Implying that the clothes in junior’s plus wouldn’t fit her. I feel like this was completely uncalled for and rude, considering my grandma hadn’t even asked for help and was just minding her own business. I don’t feel that it was any of that employee’s business which section she was shopping in, and it was extremely rude behavior. There were several other bad experiences during this same trip with 3 different employees. I’ve come to this specific Beall’s Outlet for the last 2 years, and have gone out of my way to come to this one because it had the best selection, but I probably will go elsewhere from now on due to the rude employees.
