What a witch of a person works up there. If youre not with Verizon they dont even want to sell you an accessory and will personally walk you out the door. Yuck!! Glad I left this company a year ago. Ill go by my 3.1 speed USB chord somewhere else. Horrible store. I only gave it one star so I can write about my experience. Enter at own risk.

Chris G. was the rep who helped us. He was amazing. He was able to explain and answer all my questions. This made me feel confident in 2 phones and accessories I bought today. If I did have to go back into the Verizon store. I would travel to it again as it was a little further away but had the 2 phones in stock I wanted to buy.

After going to 2 different verizons and speaking to customer service online this 3rd store was able to help me and get me back with my day with new iphone 12 pro max. Michael (solutions specialist) was amazing. The whole team at this location was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you so much.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had to drive from Madeira Beach to go and pick up a phone that I ordered. They help me with all my questions. Everyone was wearing a mask and the store was very clean

This place is AWESOME!!!! We worked with Lorenzo and he ALWAYS takes excellent care of my mom Jo and I. Hes a veteran and we thank him for his military service and the excellent service he does for Verizon. He is an employee that needs to continue with Verizon for a long time.

About two months ago my wife made a 30 minute appointment because she wanted to upgrade her iPhone but was not sure which one she wanted. She was “greated”at the door with a “what do you want?” They did not even want to let her in the store without promising to buy a phone, even though she had an appointment. My wife already had it narrowed down to two phones she just needed a little more input because of the big price difference. The sales person was not helpful at all, all she wanted was to ring up a phone and push her out the door. Getting nowhere with what the real differences are she called me in the car with our child since we were not allowed inside. At that time the store manager was behind my wife point at a direction sheet how to make the purchase online from our car, telling her sales person to basically get her out of the store. When my wife realized what was happen he told her that they have a 15 minute store limit and he was remind by my wife that his website made her a 30 minute appointment. She ended up take the sheet, we tried in the car for 30 minutes with no luck. We ended up going to a 3rd party Verizon store in tarpon where a very nice sale person was happy to help and could answer our questions. As we were waiting another man came into the store from another Verizon corporate store displeased as they would not allow him inside even with an appointment. Very disappointed in corporate Verizon stores, I would hate to see them treat an older citizen like this.

I was 30 seconds away from canceling with Verizon from the last 2 weeks of dealing with their online customer service. I figured I would give it one more shot and go to the store. I met with Lorenzo the solutions manager. He is such an amazing person. Thank you for taking the time today to fix everything Verizon Corporate customer service messed up. All your competitors corporate stores are open. Come on Guys, Open please.Follow up to Verzion response. Florida is fully operating within the CDC Phase 1 guidelines, and partially into Phase 2. Your stores here could follow the guidelines and open, limiting the number of customers inside.That all said, I appreciate your response, and understand you will reopen the first week in June.

Everyone that works at this store is so informative, nice and very respectful of your time.What a great crew, I went in for an Apple Watch, and after talking to the Verizon team, I then decided to upgrade my business phones, etc. I was beyond pleased with all of my new business tablets and phones!! And most of all, everyone is SUPER NICE.I will never go to another Cellular Store, Ever!! What a great staff!!

I went in to add an additional line to my account and was told Verizon put a 72 hold on my account. I was told that “Verizon representative was going to contact me and explain”. They NEVER did, so I decided to call Verizon customer service and the representative STATED that there was never a hold on my account!The entire staff was incompetent.What a waste of time!I will be making a corporate compliant about this location.

I’ve been to several retailers and this store is the real deal They helped me and answered the questions that I came in for. I worked with Lorenzo the Solutions Manager and he took care of my needs and was pleasant to work with. The staff is great and finally a corporate store in my area.

Picked up my phone, asked for help transferring from my old S7 to the S10 and was told NO - I was on my own.🤬NOT very good customer service 🤬 I have no idea why I gave it a 3. Plus the day after I picked up the phone, Verizon had deals of $150 off. I being retired on a fixed income could have used that
