I had a fantastic time working with Elegant Touch. I contracted them for a kitchen sink replacement, which required my existing granite countertop to be cut in place, and a new dishwasher installed. I definitely had the service of a whole kitchen remodel, though! They were fantastic in approving the sink I bought, coming to measure, coordinating with their plumber and were always available by phone or email. When it was the day of the job, the installers were on time and cleaned up thoroughly. I cant recommend their team enough!

Im so glad I chose Elegant Touch for my new countertops! They had competitive pricing and I couldnt ask for better service than what I received from Marsha! The measurements of the countertops were so accurate I was shocked, I never expect perfection but I got it! I would highly recommend them!

Service from Wendy and team was very good and scheduling was easy, but the poor installation left me disappointed with the end product. The installation team was polite and friendly, but did not communicate well. The biggest issues were that the edge along one wall was not cut straight and the sink opening does not allow the existing sink to sit flush. Ive now bought a new sink to use instead, and if it does not sit flush I will have to grind away at the quartz to enlarge the opening. It would have been nice if they had left a flange in the quartz and cut a hole for the faucet so that I would have the option of using a drop-in or undermount sink, but since the existing sink was drop-in they just cut the opening to a large rectangle so a drop-in sink is the only option. I was informed before the installation that the sink drain and water supply hoses would be left disconnected, but the installation team completely disassembled all of the plumbing pipes and garbage disposal unnecessarily. I expected most of it to be left intact so that I could simply reconnect it. My understanding was that they would set my old sink back in place with fresh caulk around it, but they just left it sitting there with the old caulk still needing to be removed. Also, they did not let me know until halfway through the process that there was an issue with the previously done cabinet refacing which would cause the new countertops to show an unfinished area about an inch wide at the top of the lower cabinets. That issue is not there fault and I have a way to cover it, but it seems like it should have been communicated when measurements were taken or near the beginning of the installation so that I could start making arrangements as opposed to after the old countertop had already been completely removed. Overall I would not recommend Elegant Touch Stonework and would not use them again.

This was the most gratifying granite experience I have ever had. (My third experience with granite being installed in my home.) Marsha was easy to work with and honest. Donnie made 3 trips to my home to measure and template. He explained in detail how the granite would look after the first trip. I wasnt happy with it so I made cabinet changes. Donnie returned to remeasure and template. Two more times! Simon came to do the install and found my cabinets werent level, 1 1/4 of shims were needed. Again I wasnt happy. I asked them to stop and give me the opportunity to get the cabinets level. They did! A week later they returned, installed the granite and all is perfect.

Good selection to choose from. Good price. Measuring appt and Install appt were both timely. Install interesting to watch. Alex fixed a cabinet that wasnt even a part of the contract. Appreciate it very much.

I recommend Elegant Stone...The ordering process was painless. We had a bit of a misunderstanding with installation of our Quartz bathroom counter top but they resolved it efficiently. They stand by their products and company. Marsha was delightful to deal with!

Couldnt ask for a more professional, friendly, and clean service. Danny and John installed our kitchen and 2 bathroom granite counter tops and sinks. After experiencing the dedicated work they put into our house I wont go anywhere else but Elegant touch.
