Its Publix. The store I missed for many years is back near me after my move and I love it. Yeah, high prices, high service level and quality. You get what you pay for, and you get the best at Publix.

I love Publix. I went there last time for Chobani Yogurt because they have the largest selection out of all the other stores in my area, and we have many big named stores. They also have great selection and deals on many other brands too.

Love this store Sierra and Bruce are so helpful and sweet. They def should be recognized for their lovely attitudes! Sierra unloaded my cart so I could go to the restroom really quick! Bruce is an gentlemen! I will absolutely never go to another store I go here at least twice a week and Im never disappointed. All the staff are so nice everything is clean and everyone is helpful. Thank you.

First time shopping at this location. Store was clean and shelves were well stocked. Cashier and bagger were nice and engaging.

They had a few left of these amazing cold & crafted Starbucks drinks, hard to find they’re usually out of stock everywhere they’re so amazing!

Went for a last minute cake for my daughter & son in law who passed their CDL licences and leaving next day for their job. Cakes were available and the young man behind the counter was very helpful even writing on it for me. The cakes are always good there.

My husband and I were in the area and decided to stop and get something to eat. I ordered a sub my husband had someone make a salad for him. We decided to It in the parking lot and while my husband was eating his salat he notice it had a funny taste but didnt think anything of it. And then when he got to the bottom he noticed a green weird looking bug. He was upset and we worried about what this bug might be and he possibly ate two or three. We let the manager know it showed her the bug inside and my husband noticed the taste in his mouth felt weird she wrote a report and gave us a refund. Well after we left A husband was complaining about his stomach and that he felt nauseous. By the time we got home he was not feeling good and he threw up twice. My mother in law and I tried to get him to go to see a doctor but because of covid he refused to go. Its been a week now and no one has call to check and see if he was ok or let us know if they found out what it was or anything. I would give 1 star but the deli clerk did nothing wrong and the mgr was nice and was shocked by what she saw. Never the less I love shopping at Publx but Im not liking how there was no concern for my husband. How would u feel if u ate this?

Out of the Kona ipa beer on sale last another Publix because they did not have it either it is a holiday weekend should have ample supply

I like publix alot. They alway have great looking meat selection. The staff is helpful and the bathroom is always clean.

Near to home, clean and organized. The employees are very pleasant and helpful with customers. The groceries and items fresh and updated, offerings safe food.

Publix quality is always implied, however this location lacks a few of my favorite shelf items found at others not far off. Best redeeming feature here worth noting is the schedule (open until 10pm) unlike many others that only go until 9pm.

We have shopped at numerous Publix, and this one BY FAR is the friendliest and customer friendly location. Today my wife and I were approached by a manager and offered masks to wear (my wife and I are medically exempt and cannot wear masks). When we politely refused, he did not press the issue and did not ask any more questions. He even informed us he just wanted to offer and that in no way meant we were obligated to wear a mask. Most places guilt you into wearing masks, or refuse services altogether. I wanted to express my pleasure with this Publix and its staff. Fantastic people and run properly.

We go here for grocery and pharmacy needs. Clean store, everyone is very polite and helpful

I usually drive the extra 10 mins to get to this one if it is too late as the one near my house closes an hour earlier. I love the macaroons at Publix and of course the subs 😊 I had a question about the entry to this particular store and I couldnt answer so I wrote the review. I usually get into the shopping center by turning onto River Crossings/Trouble Creek, its a quick right after the turn, this should get you into the shopping center... Many people don’t like seeing negative reviews when looking online for places to shop, including me. I also don’t like writing bad reviews but I really do believe this place deserves it. If I were able to rate this place as zero stars, I would. Now, onto the review.Who do people ask for when the store they are shopping at has bad service or isn’t being run well? If you’re thinking what I’m thinking then you’re right, it’s the manager! Employees and consumers alike are supposed to be able to depend on the person running the place and be comfortable at all times. This place has one of the worst managers that could ever look over an establishment, and here’s why.One of the employees at the establishment was harassed by an older customer, and was left feeling even more vulnerable than they already once were. You’d think after informing the manager about this that they’d do something about it, such as aiding the customer with the problem and addressing the situation at hand as professionally as possible to put a stop to this. I regret to inform you that this isn’t the case with this situation. In fact it’s quite the opposite.The manager simply brushed it off as if what happened was nothing, and that’s no way to handle a predicament involving one of your workers when this occurs inside of the place you’re supposedly managing. I’m not sure who promoted this person, but if this is how someone deals with a problem as serious as this, they made a huge mistake promoting them.This doesn’t only put the employees safety at risk, but it also puts customers at risk of this happening again. Would you really feel comfortable knowing that the manager of the store you’re entering lets problems such as harassment slide without any concerns or worries? If they’re letting this slide with their own employees, who knows what they’d do if a valued customer were to go through the same ordeal.I want to advise as many people as possible not to shop here and choose a better store with better reviews, thank you.

All Publix are nice, although this one is not my favorite, I notice the prices on some items are a few cents higher in this publix compared to River Walk Publix.

Publix customer service is second to none, however, Southgate Publix is still my go to location. Their training program consistently nets employees who ALWAYS go over and above.

Aside from a few employees here, this Publix is THE WORST! You’d think a Publix is a Publix Is a Publix, but not all are equal! Drive a few extra miles and go to a better one. They have the worst meat department of any Publix I Have ever been too.Produce department is not great either. Bakery is not good either. Top dollar for less than mediocre products.

Overall great typical Publix. Shopped there today and 3 customers did not have on masks, doesnt appear to enforce their no mask policy. Enforce mask rules and this would have been a 5.

Ive been going there for years now Im starting to realize its more for convenience then quality. Fish with bones, boneless chicken with bones, showing record profits and taking advantage of people struggling to feed thear family pothetic. And the manager has the personality of a wet mop.
