I came to this garage to get a wheel alignment and I was a little skeptical because Ive had bad experiences with other garages in the past, but I must say that Zep, the mechanic was very friendly, very knowledgeable, provided great customer service. He also found some mistakes that were done by a previous mechanic that could have damaged my car and he was able to repair them for me at no cost in which I thought was fabulous, great customer service. The other owner mechanic Mike was very friendly and provided great customer service also. I expected to pay well over $200 for a wheel alignment and an oil change and my bill was no where near that which surprised me. The prices are very, very reasonable. All in all, I am very satisfied with this garage, so much so that I think I found my permanent repair shop for my car. Thank you so much guys I really appreciate everything that youve done for me today.

Tony is a great mechanic. He has very reasonable prices and never tries to overcharge or rip you off. I have 2 older vehicles, a 1998 Honda Accord Ex and a 2001 Chevy Silverado 1500 extended cab. The first time we went to him it was for an alignment for my fiances truck since he had just lifted it. He went to numerous shops before S&S and was quoted over $200 just to look at it. Tony did the alignment for $130, and it was done in a few hours. His work is great and guaranteed. He also uses very expensive equipment to get the job done. My fiance and I have went to many shops and know many people in the industry but we have only found one other service center that uses a Snap On Laser Machine for aligbments and that was in an Exotic Import Shop IN New York. Plus he always has your vehicle done before it is promised. His cusomter service is outstanding. I would recommended S&S to everyone and I will never take my vehicles anywhere else.

My SUV was broken down on Main St in New Port Richey just before Dr. Fredrick’s Bridge. After waiting 90 minutes we were refused service and abandoned because the driver ‘couldn’t stop traffic’ to load the SUV. He wanted me to push my car across the same road that he ‘couldn’t stop traffic’ on to make it easier for him to load my car. After deciding he didn’t want to do it he just left. He left without even saying anything. I then had to call Geico once again to have another company come out ‘Action Towing’ who was quite friendly and actually professional. Having to wait a total of 3 hours put an end to my day of running errands.

Car broke down and the driver was there within 30 minutes. He was really nice and took care while transporting the car.

I have been coming to S & S for over 10 years. They do all kinds of repair including repainting of cats or trucks.

Tow truck driver was nice but never hav I ever heard of a tow company not bein able to drop a vehicle on an incline so now my truck is sittin beside the road in front of my brothers house with my windows down Ive used action towing and Tatums towing n always had them drop it at the same address they dropped on an inclined driveway right down into my brothers garage yall need to train ur drivers properly

George the tow driver was extremely prompt and personable. Did a great job. Great communication. Got my car where it needed to go in no time. Also the most reasonably priced around! I will definitely use them again!!!

Wish I too could give 0 stars. Dealing with owner was nightmare. Mechanic seemed knowledgeable but ending up spending nearly $400 ( misdiagnosis of leak) which ended up costing an additional $100 at other local shop. Later learned of others with bad experiences.####### Strongly advise to avoid this vendor######

I was stranded in 3feet of water. Their tow man came out, saved me and got my car to safety. They dried it out, put in some new stuff and its ready to go. I am truly thankful for this group of people! Super amazing to me when I was totally stressed out! They will def have my automobile business in the future. Thanks again!!

Needed a tow, called and had a truck arrive within 30 minutes. Scott was awesome, called me to tell me he was on the way and was able to get the car started without the expense of the tow. This is a number you want to save in your phone!!

Scott was prompt and came out to pick up my broken down vehicle late on a Sunday. Said he would be there in an hour and was right on time; excellent service.

Had a tire blow out and they were extremely prompt in towing and replacing tire. A little expensive but worth it for the service I received.

Theyre great they do such a great job on my oil changes in no time and they just did my right rear assembly arm BC it snapped from the weather and they did it with a few hours and they did a four wheel alignment and its drives so nice they are very kind people and know what theyre doing other then most places I will always go here and I recommend them!!!!!!

Horriable place...Went in for a alignment he failed to tell me I had a bad tie rod and did the alignment anyways called back to have it re done and they said there was nothing wrong with my car took it to another shop and they fixed and aligned it drives great now.DONT TRUST YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!

This company participates in towing scams as seen on the news. Beware.

I had a horrible experience with the towing service. They refused to release my car to the insurance company for repairs while I was out of town. They wanted the storage fees. They take advantage of people..would never use their services again and FHP shouldnt either!

Unprofessional and scammers do not trust.

Wouldnt rotate my roters. Horrible. will never go back
