Our family has been car shopping for the past few weeks and have the worst experience all over Pinellas County due to the chip shortage. After tons of research, trying to find the best third row SUV that would be perfect for our family, we fell in love with the Palisade. We stopped out yesterday morning and a new Palisade Calligraphy was just delivered still wrapped up in the protection papers.Armando came over to help and wrapped up a great deal within minutes.Finance team didn’t pitch and silly sales offers or upgrades needed. While traveling from the east coast to the west coast of Florida, my engine in my 2017 Hyundai Sonata died due to a factory recall. I was stuck at a random gas station for 5 hours until I got a 2 hour tow to my destination in New Port Richey. After a frustrating morning, I went to Hyundai of New Port Richey and met Shaun (gentleman on the left). In less than 2 minutes Shaun greeted me, inquired about my issue and proactively started me on the recall process. Within 5 minutes, he had me setup for an Enterprise rental for the next month. I manage a billing office for a globally well known healthcare organization and coach my reps regarding service delivery bi-weekly. Shauns ability to recognize an issue, take proactive steps towards resolution and provide nothing short of service excellence will be remembered forever. Hyundai has a gem in this individual and Im hoping his manager (center in the picture) realizes this and does more than give him a simple kudos. Thank you Hyundai for hiring Shaun. First visit to this dealership. I had called another dealership and they were booked out 6 weeks for service 😢. New Port Richey was able to get me in much faster 👍🏻. I was checked in by Molly and directed to the waiting area. I appreciated the fact that there was plenty of space between tables (socially distanced). I was glad to see a lady that was constantly cleaning the tables and chairs as each person left their seats. I was told it would be 1 to 1&1/2 hours for my car and I was out in 1 hour 15 minutes. Very helpful & professional from start to finish. Contacted the dealership, before visiting, for details on the vehicle we were interested in purchasing and to discuss our trade. Wanted to make sure we were in the same ballpark before visiting. When we arrived, we were introduced to Levi Brown. Levi made sure he clearly understood our interests so he could match us with the right car. They had several on the lot but only in darker colors (we had expressed interest in either white or silver). He was able to locate a silver model, which had just arrived earlier that day and was on a separate lot. Levi went to the lot to bring back the car before negotiating the deal. We made an offer including the trade & we ultimately came to agreement. We are very happy with the service Levi provided including all the details he went over with us as we took delivery. He was a pleasure to do business with & we will most assuredly buy our next car from him. The entire process, from beginning to driving our new vehicle off the lot, took only a few hours. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Kinda disappointed in how my entire experience went here especially knowing this was not my first time here however it will be my last!!! I’ve owned Hyundai for the last ten plus years great cars very reliable and definitely worth the money! However I have never come across such a wonderful work of art such as Howard for a car salesman!! Nor have i ever been pushed out the door so fast when I’m ready to make a purchase and was not understanding how the price of the car it’s self went from 15,900 to 19,900 before the taxes fees or any of that was ever even added to the vehicle! Instead of just trying to make it make sense to people who are fresh out the car industry we are rudely sent away! I understand when making a purchases fees come along taxes come along as well as transfer fees for tags and so on however when a car is listed for a set price that should be that price than go to adding the fee. Don’t add three grand to a price and then throw more fees on top of that! I believe all around it could of been a great deal however we just got stuck with poor poor customer service on our end!!

I paid an unexpected.vidit to the service dept at almost 7pm. I had hit an enormous pothole on my way home, and my orange tire warning light lit up. Having no idea how much I could have done. Passing Hyundai I decided to see if they would help. Barry in service could not have been more welcoming or reassuring. I was able to wait with Michael Patton who could not have been more patient. Made me more than comfortable even though Im sure he had his own work to follow up on. Barry returned a short while later and reassured me that my car was in perfect order. Service not only checked the pressure, they checked each rim and my alignment. And all this within an hour of their closing at 8 pm.
Be aware of this dealership, they do everything they can to get you into a vehicle but dont stand behind their work. Especially in the finance department. Have been waiting over a month to cancel a service plan that the finance department stated would be so very easy to cancel. After several attempts (approximately 9 calls) and not one call back, from Hyundai of New Port Richey finance department or Hyundai motor Corp financing.

Sunday, August 22, 2021 - I came to your dealership to buy the Tucson 2022. Was promptly greeted by a salesperson. He walked me to the far end of your lot to look at the one Tucson you had. Salesman told me he was going to get the key and check inventory of your other two lots. Told me to wait there in the shade. I waited there for 20 minutes - Im not exaggerating. Finally, I walked back to the building, walked all through the building looking for this salesman - no site of him. Furthermore, not one person asked me if I needed help, or if anyone was helping me. I finally left.This was such a bizarre experience. I hope you dont leave all your clients standing in the Florida heat until they realize that you apparently dont need to sell another car today.I just wanted you to know, I went up the street and bought a Subaru instead.

Molly & Chase provide wonderful customer service. Hyundai stands behind their warranty. Admittedly, this was an ordeal, but I get it. Had trouble with our 2013 Sonata. Basically just dies. Had it towed to Hyundai NPR. They started to check it and the engine seized... which is something Hyundai has been dealing with through recalls and extending warranties. Molly worked very hard with us. They set us up with a free rental. We had to submit maintenance records and Molly was very helpful, not to mention diligent in following up with Hyundai. It took a little over 5 weeks, BUT... Hyundai replaced the engine and handled several other items. We went to pick up the car and Molly was off so Chase tried to help us. He was terrific, but he hit one obstacle and we all agreed it made sense to come back when Molly was on. Honestly, it was a pain to have to make another trip, but given the warranty work and everything involved, we didnt want to give Chase a hard time. Plus, wed only dealt with Molly over the phone and we wanted to meet this wonderful person. Went back today, wrapped up everything in no time and drove off with our Sonata to enjoy another beautiful day in Florida. Weve purchased a few cars from this dealership over the years. Theyre good to work with. Something tells me that we just might buy another car from them when the time comes.
Adam was really helpful from the beginning, answering all my questions about the car I wanted the first day I went, to the final day when I bought the car. He was kind and knowledgeable all the time, even when I called him a couple of times after I bought the car with some questions. Definitively would recommend him.
Sales man gave the Worst trade deal than 4 other dealerships we went to and had a terrible personality.Switch bate company.They list used vehicles on their website for a very low price to lure you in, but when you get there they tell you they list it for that price so it brings in more people and it’s not the real price. In reality the prices online are fake and they automatically add nearly $3,000 onto every car price 2017 or newer to become “certified”. So if you see a car listed for $12,000 online, it’s actually around $15000 BASE, .. if it seems too good to be true, it is.They will also offer you nearly half of what other local dealerships offer for your trade in. Got our car appraised at 4 other dealerships and this place offered no where near what the others offered. Don’t waste your time with them.

If your in need of a new vehicle then I strongly recommend going to see Bill Parente at this dealership. Very easy to talk to and that high pressure doesnt exist. Bought a new Hyundai Kona yesterday and it was a damn good experience. My only critique would be that when they bring out the payment sheets it should be after they contact the banks so you know exactly what kind of payments at what interest rate. Other than that I would definitely purchase other vehicles from this dealership and there is probably a reason why they are the highest volume Hyundai dealership in the country. Check them out.

Chris LaCroix worked diligently to find a couple of perfect fits to match my requests for wants, needs and payment plan. His knowledge and friendly nature were a big part of why I drove almost an hour from home to return when I wanted this upgrade.Jerrod Benson was also was an absolute master at getting me an amazing, new and lower rate! He made all that usually boring signature stuff a breeze and really explained everything in a way I understood. He made sure I left with my questions answered and all the information I needed.These two guys make things work for me in 2019, when I was in major need after my car was totalled in an accident and these same two were a pleasure again under much more ideal circumstances. In both very different circumstances I was treated with respect and care. I would always go back to these guys and absolutely always recommend this either know in need.My only suggestion: More guys like Chris and Jerrod!!NOTE: I am also impressed at how well kept this location is and noted that they had someone specifically assigned to even more upgraded sanitation. Could not be more pleased! Visited multiple closer Hyundai dealerships and was not pleased with the service approach and selection, Hyundai of New Port Richey goes above and beyond. My husband and I were looking for a 2022 Tucson Limited in a specific interior and exterior color, and were having a very difficult time locating one. Our salesman, Maximillion, was wonderful from the start. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and motivated to get us exactly what we were looking for (rather than pressuring us to settle for what we didnt want, as other dealerships did). He honestly works miracles, putting in the effort to arrange a trade with a further Hyundai dealership to get us the exact car we wanted within a matter of days. He even came in on his day off to walk us through the purchasing process. The pricing was extremely fair and upfront, and we couldnt love the new car more if we tried. Even though its an hour from us, we will continue to support Hyundai of New Port Richey and work with Max for purchases in the future.

My husband went to test drive a Genesis GV80. First of all salesperson said they don’t really test drive because they like to leave mileage low. Second, he did not explain the features of the car. Third, no one ask my husband to even look at his license before he test drove it. My husband felt he had no knowledge whatsoever of the specific car and was quite disappointed. He questioned whether my husband knew about the issues they were having with the scarcity of chips which really wasn’t my husbands concern. The sales person was Andrew Garcia.

They have a great selection of vehicles. Justin was really nice in the service department. Only real complaint was that it took two hours to get an oil change and I had set the appointment up 3 days in advance. Thankfully they had vending machines for us to get a snack while we waited though so that helps when waiting with a kid.
We were greeted very quickly and asked asked what we were looking for. We were shown available inventory, test drove a vehicle, and we made a deal! Chris LaCroix and Jerrod Benson were very professional and a pleasure to work with! We would return for further purchases.

While online I spotted a 2010 Mini Cooper S Clubman. I immediately filled out their online form to contact a salesperson. When nothing happened there, I went ahead to call the place. I got hung up once, I called back and got transferred to 3 other people. Finally one of their salespeople answered. I told him I was interested in this particular car, he took down my information. He told me to hold on to check inventory. Then he told me that the car isnt really at their showroom. They are waiting for it to arrive. I was alright with that. So I called again the very next day, because I didnt hear anything back from this salesperson.I left word with whoever answered my call. Personally the manner in which they didnt handle this at all really left me without a feeling of confidence or trust. Would I buy from them even if they had the car now? NO I wouldnt....They surely didnt win me over with any kind of good customer service.
The technician was very prompt and courteous, she always has a smile on her face and she does her job well. I usually have the same tech each time I come in.
I had a great experience starting out we hit a little rough patch but I will say Sean the the sales manager went above and beyond he found me the same exact car the next day. Driving 300 miles to get this car because I couldnt find it closer to home and the next day he got one so thank you so much. They got on the phone did e-contract with me they really did meet every need. Jeena even on her day off texting me to make sure that the car will be washed and in perfect condition when picked up so I really will say even if you feel like you had a horrible experience express it but definitely let them fix it they really went above and beyond!!!
