I pull up and was told it would be an hour. That was understandable with the lack of employees they had working, but when the guy all for my phone number thats been in their system for years he gave the wrong name. Them he didnt know what kind of car i drove, while he was looking right at it! Then told me I was only able to get the highest oil change they offered unless I wanted to talk to his boss! I know my car and I know what she needs! I will not be going back there for an oil change again!

Went to Wal-Mart here in Trinity to get my vehicle oil change. Did not have an appointment. And was waited on promptly. Was only there for maybe 30 minutes. And was pleasantly surprised that not only did they do the oil change & filter. They topped off all fluids. Cleaned the windshield, and vacuumed the interior! Thanks Wal-Mart!

My girlfriend went in for an oil change and while there they told her they would like to give her a free inspection. Sure nuff that came back and said she had a nail in her tire. They told her she needed to buy a new tire. the tires were only a year old so I asked my girlfriend why didnt they just patch the tire. She was told they couldnt patch the tire because it had dry rot. So I went out and looked at her remaining three tires and not a speck of dry rot. This was a scam from the start free inspection, nail in the tire, cant repair, buy a new tire. I called the store and asked to see the tire they replaced and they said they would have it back for me the following Monday. When I called them to tell them I was on my way to inspect the tire they told me they could not find the tire.

Came in to get a tire patched. In and out. Covered under warranty.

Easy to get your oil change and do some browsing in the store while you wait. I trust Walmart Auto to do only what you requested. Other places want to up sell you or look for issues you have no interest in getting fixed. No hassle and no pressure. Perfect.

I had a huge nail in my tire, got there right after opening on a Saturday. Thought Id be there for hours, I was told up to a 2 hour wait. Went shopping and was so pleasantly surprised to get a call 45 minutes later saying I was ready. Very pleasant, very quick and awesome service

Four hours to change a lightbulb and two tires when I was second car in que. The employee working the front desk had to keep telling the mechanics to stop working on other cars and to work on mine. I dont normally write reviews like this especially because Im not a mechanic nor do I know their workload but I showed up at 845 this morning and its still not finished. At least make the waiting area air conditioned and give me a comfy chair if Im going to commit my day to watching you work.

Its pouring and my windshield wipers are dragging and I cant see. I drive for a living so I need to make sure my car is in safe operating condition. He seemed a bit irritated that he had to change my wipers 10 minutes before closing but he did it anyway. Thank you..have a great weekend.

Tried two days in a row to reach them by phone to make an appointment. The phone has been ringing For six minutes now. If they can’t even answer the phone, how competent are they to work on a car?

I ordered my tires online and from there they tell you to schedule an appointment to get your tires changed. So I made an appointment and showed up at my time. It was in the morning during the weekday. I was lied to when I got there saying my truck will be going into the bay in 15 minutes. It ended up taking 2 hours just to get it in the bay. I had the woman at the desk checking and she kept coming back with a story. I was just about to take my tires and go elsewhere when they finally took my truck 2 hours later. I shouldnt have had to wait that long with the appoinment set days ago.

I just tried to call to speak to someone in the automotive department to see how long the line is just to get an oil change and no one answered the phone other than the customer service rep. And she stated maybe because they have a line. But that still is no excuse to not answer the phone. Very poor customer service. If I could I wouldnt give you a star at all.

Finally found an easy way to get rid of a tire I found in the Attic :-)

Went there to buy two front tires or a Hyundai Elantra. Checked in about 3:25 pm. They werent very busy. I had to work about 25 minutes away at 5pm, so I thought I was safe. They pulled my car into the bay within 5 minutes. I thought Id be done before 4pm. 3 people came into the waiting room after me. After another 20-25 minutes went by, I noticed that my car had not been looked at yet. The people who came in after me were getting their cars. At about 4:20, I knew that even if they started the job immediately at that point, I would be late for work. I was upset by this time, and asked the assistant manager to retrieve my keys. His name was Oscar, and he apologized profusely. I appreciated his concern, but I was going to take my business elsewhere the next day. The next morning, I received a call from the manager, Bruce, who was also very apologetic. He asked me to please my car in, and that he would do it for half price. They completed the job within 15 minutes of my arrival and saved me $70. That turns what would have been a 1* and turned this review into a 5*. They actually care about their customers! Would recommend!

This Tire center is terrible. As of late, the workers will do whatever they can to get out of doing work on your car to lighten their workload. They told me that they could not change the oil in my car because it was a diesel. (The oil filter and change procedure is identical to gas cars.) and they also will always tell you that there is some unseen defect that prevents them from repairing or rotating a tire under their road hazard warranty. Avoid at all cost unless you want to wait for two hours only to be told they wont do the work. Wal Mart could avoid these issues if they paid their technicians by the job, thus making the workers actually WANT to do the work, but they wont.

I have given up a Walmart auto center. Their good year tire have really poor traction.

What a joke! I set an appointment Sunday around noon for four new tires at 6pm Monday. The gentleman explained that the latest appointment could be made an hour before closing, 7pm. Figuring I could leave work a little early & make it.I show up, on time, to an hour and a half wait time, BEFORE they could start my car.I overheard the mechanic discussing the situation with the desk girl. Three cars in the bay, a new battery replacement, which the mechanic was currently searching for the proper attachment, a truck with no tires & a car that was receiving 4 NEW FREE tires as someone had originally installed the WRONG TIRES FOR THE CAR. He then said that he could start my car in MAYBE 1.5 hrs but wouldnt be able to finish as his ride would be arriving by then.At that point I realized I would not receive adjusted mechanical services & told the associate to please cancel my appointment. The mechanic by then was still searching for that attachment...

Limited service. Good prices but not very friendly staff.

Went there for an oil change. Since I have a newer vehicle, I was afraid they were going to try and upsell me on the more expensive synthetic oil, but the friendly technician there told me it wasnt necessary (since my warranty had expired 5 months ago). Unfortunately, since they didnt stock my cars oil filter, I didnt get the oil change. But they DID run all the other standard services that come with their basic oil change, free of charge. Ill probably come back the next time I need service (assuming they have my parts in stock).

Mike the manager was awesome, as was Jeff, the young man that started to help us. I know they were busy, but the last thing you need when you are stressed out with a flat tire and looking at a day full of cars waiting to get it fixed, is a smartass employee... Bill was the smartass, who told Jeff in front of me, that mh tire could wait, he had keys to make... very bossy attitude, considering he wasnt a manager... but the service wlll bring me bacj, thanks to Mike and Jeff

Obviously, not a good sign when you try to call the Automotive Center to setup an appointment to rotate tires and no answers or if they do, they say they are transferring you, but they end up answering again saying, How may I direct your call?

Im not really sure what these mechanics are trained to do other than change oil but I dont recommend taking to a Walmart if you need an evaluation or recommendation on what might be wrong with your vehicle!
