Don’t answer phones, can never get a straight answer, no loaner was given though they took their sweet time with my car!Asked questions I never got answers too and then charged over the top for repairs! Should’ve just bought a new car for what they tried to chargeAnd I still can’t get my car back on time! No loaner was offered or anythingRude customer serviceDefinitely will never take my car here again ! Makes me not wanna even own a Nissan

I gave a 5 star review but didnt have a chance to explain why. So here it is.Joey and Chris were awesome to deal with throughout the entire process. But, it didnt end with them. Everyone at Maus Nissan who worked with my wife and I were awesome. We came in to trade 2 of my vehicles to trade up to another vehicle. We ended up getting the Armada we liked and for an overall good deal (both on our trades and on the deal for the Armada). This was a total Maus Team effort. My wife and I are very happy. Made an appointment for my usual maintenance visit normally about an hour today was 2 +hours. The service manager,Tiffany N., was exceptional! In lieu of the circumstances she was pleasant & maintained a very nice professional attitude. Thank you Tiffany. As for my future visits. I will be returning as the track record has been good until today but it will not be on a Monday.

The staff here is AMAZING Dennis and Drew were super friendly, any and all of my questions were answered in detail, so that I understood everything.. I went in for my first service maintenance for my new 2020 Nissan Leaf that I purchased in March 2021. I was 1/2 hr late for my appointment and yet they were able to still see me. From the time I checked in customer service was awesome. As I waited in lobby, one of the salesman recognized me and I was impressed he remember me as he asked how I liked my car! Also, as I waited in lobby I observed other employees being very attentive to their customers and taking care of them. Nissan Maus is 5 star service!!

Lance was very professional. Extensive work was done on the car, and I could see the service technician was very attentive to my car. Lance also cancelled the interior air filter because the box was damaged. He kindly let me know in advance, its good to know somebody honestly informs a customer up front rather then deceptively install a potentially damaged product. Also extended the discount. Ive had a couple negative experiences with service in the past, but my faith has now been restored.

I had some doubts because buying a new car like this is a big move but everybody there helped us out very much and made me more confident to buy the car. Had an appointment at 11am on a Tuesday for standard service (oil change, etc.) At 11:10 they said it would be ready in about an hour. At 1:15pm and they finally pulled my car to the back to START. It was 2:30pm when they finally finished. 3.5 hours total! They need to either stop taking so many appointments or prioritize appointments over walk-ins. I have much better things to do with my time than spend 1/2 the day sitting in their waiting room. Completely unacceptable, Nissan!!

Upon my arrival only 5 minutes prior to my appointment, I was greeted by staff with a very kind good morning and a smile. My appointment was reviewed and I was advised of the approximate time it would take to complete the items to be performed. (1 1/2-2 hours minimum) My vehicle had a recall and I had also scheduled the very first oil change and tire rotation for the vehicle. I should add, when I first called to inquire about the recall my vehicle had, I was very pleased with the level of professionalism I experienced. The honesty and courteous demeanor really set a positive tone for what could’ve been a nightmare. Miranda was AWESOME! She advised that the work to be performed may take up to approximately 2 or more hours and the parts may need to be ordered and service scheduled another day. When I told Miranda that my vehicle was still 1200 miles away from needing the added services, she assured me that it would not be a problem. Moving forward, I was surprised that within minutes of my arrival for my appointment, a couple of technicians immediately tended to my vehicle. Attacking it with vacuums before it left the first reception area when checking in vehicles for service. I was comfortable waiting in the main lobby for my vehicle with free drinks and snacks at hand. Thought I would waste my day at the dealership and get nothing done the rest of the day. Time flew by and when the service advisor approached me, I thought to myself, my vehicle cannot be ready yet. To my surprise, my vehicle was ready. Upon inspection, my vehicle did not require the recall repair, the added services were performed and my vehicle was vacuumed and given a badly needed exterior bath. All in just under two hours. Very pleased customer! Had time to go home, finish some chores, get on my motorcycle and go for a nice ride! Not a wasted day at all! Thank you all!

We had a horrible experience and feel taken advantage of. My deal to buy a car, was hinged in what the trades values they were given. We were told a number and we walked out because we were offered higher price at other places. They came out and asked us to come back inside and let them earn their business. They verbally gave us numbers that were acceptable for both trade ins. Then we were working a deal for payment unaware that they never put that agreed upon money in my trades. So at the finance office, I told him I do not want any warranties so don’t even ask.When so asked trades, Nick in finance said he doesn’t handle trades he only does finance. After signing paperwork we left not realizing they were 10,000 less in trades than what we discussed. After about a week and going over paperwork (my fault) they only gave me 32,000 in my trade for my truck when I was told 39,000 and 17,000 for my mustang when I was told 20,000.I went back to dealer, with the salesman word that we walked out on 36,000. The general manager actually said “it does not matter what we tell you” it’s in the contract. A warranty was included in the contract though I said I didn’t want one. I thought I could trust them but this dealership leaves nothing but lies and a “bait and switch” tactics. It will probably be taken down but I will keep posting.

I needed service for my 2012 Nissan Altima. The technicians checked out my car for the problem I was having. They diagnosed the problem and recommended solution. I was not able to afford the fix. They then offered a lower price, but it still was not affordable for me. Everyone was friendly and professional. I wasnt pressured in anyway.

Happy with the repair, quickness in which it was performed, use of Maus vehicle and the overall process. Not happy that they have many holes in their service contract and chose to pass unnecessary expenses onto me, or that they didnt clean my car after service, I brought it in much cleaner than it was returned to me. Those last two points are very unprofessional.

Dropped my 2018 Frontier off because of 2 noises in the dash. Which as a former Service Director, I know and I hear constantly. Called the service manager, left message, received no return phone call. Then was told NPF. No problem found. Believe me. I have better things to do than to drop off a vehicle for something that does not exist. Maybe a NVH tech. (noise and vehicle harshness) should have looked at it. The on and off vacuum air noise and the gurgling in my dash is not my imagination. Maybe you should have offered a road test with the customer?

Worst experience I’ve had here. I purchased my truck over a year and half ago from Mauss and have had excellent service each time I’ve brought the truck in for its routine oil changes and tire rotation. Until this last time. My truck pulls to the right and shakes when going over 35mph. I phoned the service department to see what could be done to fix it and was told the gentleman who took care of me yesterday, Lance, would phone me back. Over an hour later I had received no call and called myself to speak with Lance. I was on hold for over 10 minutes only for Lance to get on the phone and pretty much tell me everything I know about my truck is wrong and made me feel completely stupid, I feel because I am female. I was also basically told that they wouldn’t fix the problem with my truck because it wasn’t their fault. I call him out on talking down to me cause I am female and he became irate and stated he would have his manager call me. The manager has yet to phone me. I have never been made to feel so stupid in my entire life and I will NEVER be going back to Mauss Nissan of New Port Richey.

Stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation, I drive a lot so Im in for service monthly. During my last visit Eddie mentioned I needed spark plugs and fuel injection service but I could not spare the time to have it done. Eddie offered me a loaner vehicle I was just not able to do it at that time. This time I was prepared to wait and to my surprise the additional services needed were able to be done super fast. My vehicle is my office, thankfully I was able to complete some work needed in the customer waiting area so I did not lose time from my day. This experience felt more like a pit stop which in my line of work is an awesome thing!!! See you next month Eddie!

Service was great as always. Tiffany was my service tech. Only complaint I have was I wish I knew it was 2 hours with an appointment. Next time I will be sure to ask if my car has any recalls or service updates before I schedule. This was the delay, My car had a recall and they had to update the system and it took an extra hour. Service has gotten terrible. No longer worth the drive, nor the wait. Last couple of times I took the car for oil change, the fluids were never topped and who knows what else they skipped. Last time was the final straw: they failed to install the new wipers they were prompt to charge me, mounted a new tire and failed to add air to it (22 psi of the recommended 35) and of course, not a single fluid was topped. Wondering if they even tested the battery. Only the car wash people did their job, so kudos to them. I am taking my business somewhere else and wouldnt recommend this place at all.

Every time I go for an oil change and/or an issue they tell me my car needs something it doesnt. First time they said I needed 4 new tires, I didnt change them and went back 2 months later and was told my tires are fine. This time I was told I need a new battery so I went to a battery place and my battery is fine. I was also told both times there is a recall and I have a part that needs ordered and replaced, both times they did not order the part or replace it.... get it together Maus Nissan of NPR!

Not worth one star. Chip shortage so they are jacking there prices up big time IMO. Anyone that pays over $ 4000 over sticker price not including tax tag title is crazy, Most people can not control themselves so they pay so much over what car is worth. LOL. Stay far away. Went across the street and walked out with a better car and paid what the sticker said. This place will take what they think they can get from you be very carful. More interested in giving your showroom tours so they can keep you coming in with there Maus care package of $3000 . Just a tip please know what the MSRP of the car your looking at its a gauge. Think about what you buying, Warranty a lot less also then most others again another up sell promotion.

Absolute nightmare dealing with this place. Purchased a 2021 Rogue at the beginning of the year, after delivery realized they scratched three of the windows which all needed to be worked on. Since then it has had nothing but issues left and right. The service department has been an absolute nightmare to deal with, they either tell me that they cant duplicate an issue or they repair something and whatever they replace just breaks as well. Absolute train wreck with no accountability, just finger pointing as to who is responsible (between dealer and Nissan Inc). I have never experienced a car with so many issues in my life, steer clear of this place.

The service center overbooks themselves and doesnt make appointments a priority so the smallest service like an oil change takes 4+ hours IF you get there BEFORE they open.The service advisors are disorganized and dishonest. They are just concerned about upselling things that you should do for your car based on the mileage and the mechanics dont actually LOOK at the car to give an accurate Multi point inspection.Personal example, they have told me twice that my serpentine belt needs to be replaced even though Ive had it inspected with another mechanic who says its still in great condition, but somehow they think that my completely broken windshield wipers are in perfect condition.Its difficult to trust the status of my car if I cant even get them to be honest about broken windshield wipers.I filed a formal complaint with Nissan Corporate, but I HIGHLY recommend AVOIDING this place AND Lokey Nissan at all cost.

I love Maus Nissan they are so friendly and honest went in today for oil change and tire pressure check wound up needing a couple of things. Apart from the oil and tires also an alignment all came out free of charge the warrantee that I got when I bought my Nissan rogue everything is covered. Got to Even test drive a 2017 Nissan Ultima but the numbers didn’t work. So maybe next time. Great people. excellent service excellent Customer experience.

I reached out to the GSM who I delt with at another Maus dealership. he was away on business but was very responsive and put me in touch with his financial director. Once again she was helpful she did pull credit which was agreed upon but did send it to banks which was not agreed upon now I am getting letters from banks. Also she did say Since I am on my personal cell phone not a store phone I should park my trade under a tree during a hurricane Funny yes professional no.

Our vehicle purchase from Maus Nissan NPR was a great experience. As a then current owner of a 2017 Pathfinder and Maus customer, I was already familiar and happy with my vehicle and dealer relationship. The experience of this new vehicle purchase, and initial quality of the vehicle, has solidified that feeling and relationship. Our salesperson Matt Boylan, and his manager Jaryd Gerhart, were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I have purchased many vehicles in my time, and generally when you walk into a dealer the look, feel and attention from sales folks can be overwhelming and very pressured. This was not the case at Maus. The look and feel of the facility was welcoming and comfortable. The sales folks and other employees, were extremely helpful and professional, but never pushy or made it feel like they were rushing you. The closing process was relatively quick (for buying a car), and even my young teenager commented that it was a nice environment and didn’t feel too worn down over all the waiting. The great snacks and drinks definitely helped get through that, along with the ability to keep her phone charged (they even offered us a charger to use). Since we purchased the vehicle, I have had to come back a couple times for some accessory and additional extended warranty purchases and was very pleased to have employees recognize me quickly. Even the reception area greeter remembered me when I walked in, which was very unexpected, but no less appreciated. Will definitely be back to see them when it is time to trade in our family truck.

We were told the price for a diagnostic testing was $170., but when I went to pay after it was done, the bill was $209. - $25 shop fees and taxes. This should be told to the customer at the beginning.Also was told it could take 1 1/2 hrs - 2hrs. Ended up taking over 3 hrs, and they didnt even finish the inspection because I had to leave and couldnt wait there any longer.

This is my second experience with Maus Nissan and it was as good as the first. I was once again able to leave with the vehicle of my choice and the price worked to my satisfaction. It was a great experience instead of a fight for a good deal. My only suggestion is that it would be nice if they had some adequate food resource. Its a busy dealership and the process can take a while.

Lost hrs today. Saleman was good but the online pricing issue and the surprise charges broke the deal. Sales manager was a recording machine repeating himself. We was ready to buy but they wasnt ready to sale. They just wanted to play the convince me to pay what they want game. No thank you, Looks like Clearwater Nissan will get the sale.

Not happy with this dealership they sold me a 2020 kicks with what I assumed was paint defects on the hood. When I asked about it they told me it was a repair that had been wet sanded and the paint didnt match. This was a brand new car when I purchased it. At the time of purchase I was also told I was getting an extended warnty with I later found out I never got. This is not an honest business very bad experience here.I have reached out to you guys and was told maybe you could offer me a discount on repairs then you said you wanted to have a paint expert look at it and I never heard back from you. I do remember pointing them out at the time of purchase and your salesmen blew it off.

Everyone that was a part of my purchase was friendly and polite. My sales agent Patrick was very sweet and knowledgeable about any question I asked. He was pleasant to deal with! Buying a car is never a fun experience for me it is time consuming and the waiting is long. But they made me feel like time was flying by even offered me a chicken sandwich, like he read my mind or maybe he herd my stomach growling.
