Hello, it is a interesting fact that when it comes to car shopping you never know to expect,😀 as a previous car salesman myself I said oh no here we go again😄😄, But this was a different experience, I saw the truck I liked and I proceeded to dial the seven digits expecting the usual I thought I was going to get the run around, license on top of the roof etc. but none of the above, the sales representative Mr. Andy Sanchez went a little bit above and beyond his duties to make sure that if I really like this vehicle and I wanted it that I was going to take it home, for instance, I spoke to a few sales representatives but Andy himself came through with my requirements which was to send me pictures of the vehicle besides the one on the Internet of the exterior interior and undercarriage, and that was fulfilled, they walk me through every each step of the way, I provided everything they need it and everything was done over the phone all I needed to do was to come in sign and take delivery of this truck home, to say the least he was a warm welcome everybody up made up they were super super nice we went for a test drive and I even fell in love with the vehicle more, in addition to that I receive the vehicle detailed inside and out very cleaned and with a Full gas up tank, that put a smile on my face, in the near future I am going to be in the market for another vehicle and I am definitely looking forward to doing business with Jacobs Mitsubishi, thank you Mr. Andy Sanchez it was a pleasure doing business with all of you, sincerely Robert Toledo.👍
