The vehicle was NOT ready as planned due to inferior work. Tape residue was NOT removed until I found it and asked for its removal. Wheels were not buffed out as previously identified and agreed upon until I asked for correction of incomplete work.

Only went there to drop off a buddy that needed a ride, they gave me free air in my tire and I wasnt even a customer. Thats good service.

I had a one person auto accident. My Corolla was purchased in August and is a 2020. I insisted it be towed to Sun Toyota Collision Center. The necessary repairs were made and my car was as good as new. The personnel there were kind and patient. I was treated with respect. I would take any car to them for repair work. I truly would...without hesitation.

They repaired my Tundra with OEM parts which is why I took my Toyota to a Toyota collision center. I wanted it done right! They did an great job and kept me informed from start to finish! Very smooth and easy process! I am pleased and happy with the work they did! You can not even tell my truck was in an accident! I would use them again...but I hope I wont need to.

Overall good experience. Slow perhaps getting work accomplished.

They did a great job on my car. It looks like new, since it is a 2017, and some damage the whole passenger side it was awesome an awesome job they did to make it look like new, only post a few before. Almost, everything had to be replaced.

Came in for a quote on a repair and staff was very rude and unattentive. Took their time, gave little to no information and had no care in the world. Took about an hour for them to take 3 minutes to look at my car and give me a piece of paper priced significantly higher than the other 2 quotes I received same day from other places. Needless to say I will not be returning.

I am not one for giving bad reviews, as I am a strong believer of praising where it is due. However, I also believe if something went really wrong, that should be brought to light as well. Sun Toyota Collision Center did not earn a positive review for what they did (or didnt do) to our car.My husbands car was in an unfortunate accident quite a while back, which caused the front bumper to be torn to shreds that needed to be replaced, and needed a headlight replacement as well, and after looking at reviews of companies that could help us take care of his car, we trusted the reviews we found for Sun Toyota Collision Center, and given the outstanding service we had previously received from the Sun Toyota dealership, we figured this must be reputable, right? In this case, very wrong. I am not sure why the service we received was so awful, but we had to take my husbands car back to this place a total of 3 times until things finally got fixed (for the most part).The first time we brought the car, they had it for about 10 days or so to put on a new bumper. The length was not the problem, it was the lack of communication and lack of updates that we did not receive, and it was so difficult to get in touch with someone who knew what was going on. When we finally got the car back, they did not replace the correct headlight, which caused it to mismatch with the other, and the paint was not right, and the bumper was not properly aligned with the hood of the car. So we had to bring it back for round 2. Another week or so passed until we got it back, again with next to no updates, and when we got it back, the bumper looked fine, but the lights were still not working properly. So back it went again. Once we got it back the third time, they had left all kinds of leftover parts in the engine and in the car itself, as if they truly did not care.In the end, the bumper never did fully match the car and the paint is not accurate, and my husband ended up getting new headlights and replaced them himself afterwards. I am not sure if it was because it was an insurance claim to have it repaired or what, but we were unbelievably disappointed and sincerely hope others do not go through this.

Total of three visits to get everything fixed as opposed to just one. After picking up, alarm for remote lock/unlock not working. Was told a part was needed. A day later while driving, new rear bumper was flapping in the wind. They admitted not securing one side with screw, which cause clip on other side to break. About a week later, took in to address alarm. No part needed. Someone figured out how to fix computer. Was an insurance claim, but will find another place if ever in the need again.

The repair done was excellent and they cleaned my vehicle before returning it to me.I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants a first class job done at a fair price. Had a low speed collision at a stop sign less than one year ago; sun toyota had the car for two weeks to repair/replace the rear bumper,trunk lid, and a cracked light.The paint job was obnoxious (paint runoff, debris embedded within paint, imperfections every inch you look). Still had a dent in bumper. Had the surprise of plastic clips literally spring out of trunk the first time opened. Noticed a bolt hanging down out of place on undercarriage cover, further inspection revealed they had broken the plastic. Even noticed a very oddly shaped dent in drivers door that appears as if they had attempted some degree of repair. All very disappointing but we had the car back and didnt want to bother with it.Well less than one year later the poor paint job began to literally fall off the car; unacceptable and pathetic obviously so we called our insurance. Sadly sun toyota collision center took the car the next week to fix the issue. 6 days later we get a call saying the cars ready. First noticed the paint job is still pathetic (bubbles and debris throughout), drive down the street to notice we now have no turn/brake light (too difficult i guess to reconnect such an important safety feature). We also now have a nice new deep scratch running diagonally on the exterior side of drivers window.Final conclusion is they provide lazy pathetic work (not just once, twice even on a return due to poor work) and will cause extra damage to your vehicle. Ive had much nicer work done at maaco.Please stay away and if you have no choice pay very good attention to your vehicle before and after, if they are consistently doing this to my ride its not a fluke. They begged and begged for only a 5star review the first time, gladly decided not to review until now.

I had a good experience at this dealership, I had to bring my Toyota Corolla in to have the defective airbag replaced, they got the airbag within 2 days, I brought the car and they told me it would take a couple of hours but they have the car done within 45 minutes, they also gave my car a complimentary car Wash which it needed! The sales people were very courteous, I dealt with Philip Memeth and he was great beyond professional and had them Rush my car along so I didnt have to wait or arrange for transportation to get home as I was waiting for the car to be finished, thank you very much Philip I very much appreciate what you did for me and your professionalism!! I also used Sun Toyota collision center to have a mirror replace and they were just as courteous and prompt I dealt with Kyle and he was a great kid he was also very courteous and very professional so I highly recommend Sun Toyota in Sun Toyota collision in Holiday Florida!! 😉😁👍👍

John Glorioso went above, and beyond to take great care of me. I was hit by someone that did allot of damage to my vehicle. John made sure my car was back to normal, and repaired very well. The paint job was great, and his support was Awesome. I went up there allot to see the work being done. He made sure to stay on top of it, and so did his workers. Great service! Turn around time was quoted correctly. Staff was friendly. Repair work was excellent. Updates were given at least once a week. Car rentals were available on site and could be dropped off at the same location. Would definitely go here again.

Very rude and unprofessional, Im not going to say who I am because someone by the name of Steven keeps calling me and is being very threatening. I have contacted the local PD and they stated as long as he doesnt act on his threats theres nothing they can do. Something really needs to be done about the customer service or the lack thereof at this place.*UPDATE* the calls have recently stopped, hopefully due to management speaking with their staff.. I still do not recommend this place at all!

Warning! Dropped my truck off to replace a plastic center cap. Truck was there for 5 days! Got it back and now the door won’t open from the inside. I brought it to their attention and they said “I don’t see how that’s my problem”. Had no prior issues with it but somehow it’s no longer working at all after they had it. Even if it’s a coincidence, the way they handled did not inspire confidence in their business practices. One star is generous.

I highly recommend Sun Collision Center after having 2 of my vehicles serviced. After my vehicles were vandalized I chose Sum Collision through Start Farm. I typically choose my own shop and/or mechanic but wanted to expedite the claims process by utilizing State Farm’s preferred partner system. I’m glad I did. John was super helpful, polite, and well informed of his teams process and work.My only complaint is their SOP of Tuesday and Thursday update calls. Honestly, they were not verify helpful or informative and only consisted of “we are calling just to keep you informed your vehicle is still in the bay...etc”. It is a good intentioned customer service touch but without projections and details I found the calls to be too generic. However the most important part, the quality of work, was in point.These guys did a great job!

This site was on Liberty Mutuals approved list so I hoped they would be good, they were great.They gave an estimate, took the car right in, even though it was drivable, and had the work completed in one week which i really needed as I was going on a road trip.Car looks great!They took me right down the street to enterprise car rental, and at the end of the week, enterprise brought be back.Regular updates via text/email too. And a post work survey. They truly care.Very seamless.Highly recommend.

Great place to have your car repaired after an accident. We had our car repaired here, and the repair was fantastic. We also had my Mothers car repaired here. 2 years after the repair, a piece of trim came loose, and they fixed it free of charge, no hassle. Sun Collision really stands by their work. Highly recommended.

They are not equipped to handle my car I have to go to the Chevy dealer, but everyone I dealt with was super nice and friendly.

Extremely unprofessional work. Ive had to bring my truck back 3 times and it is still not right. They forgot to bolt down the bed of the truck, cuts in my window tint, there is paint over spray everywhere, even in the inside of the truck, they broke the clips on coverings and put putty to try and hold it down, amongst other issues. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

The quality of the repair was fantastic which was the most important part to me. Communication was decent, but took a lot longer then estimate. I realize sometimes things dont go as planned, but it took exactly 30 days to complete whar was originally supposed to ve a 2 week turnaround which was a bit frustrating. Dealing with vendors and insurance companies was a factor, Im sure and would use them again, just suggest they set a more realistic expectation with regard to time-frame.

A lot of people said my car couldnt be fixed after I got rear ended, but I had it towed to Sun Toyota and they did an amazing job. You cant even tell my car was in an accident. George, Aaron, and the receptionist lady were all fantastic. My only gripe was that they would never call me about updates. I always had to make that call, but it wasnt a big deal. They were outstanding.

Great service and repair. My daughter had backed up into another car and damaged her right rear bumper on her 2012 Scion XD. George at Sun Toyota Collision Center assessed the damage and had it repaired in less than 2 hours! If you want great customer service and great repairs at a reasonable price, this is the place!

Went to get an estimate for damage from an accident. My English is not very good and their customer service is even worse. They provided no information and acted put upon when I asked any questions. They only asked whos paying for this. I had some work done there previously and it was fine, but even then, their customer service was less than what I expected. I dont recommend them.

Good place for repairs, but check the work-they miss spots in the repair. Had a front right fender repair, they did the work but missed a nick on the hood. Then just hit it with a touch up paint. For what you pay, details count

After my wife had a tough car accident they were more than friendly and worked to make sure we were kept informed throughout the repair process. Though there were a few delays pushing our repair from what was originally a 10 day repair to nearly a full month later, in the end the repair was done very well.

By far the worst experience Ive ever had. The customer service is horrible they are supposed to update you twice a week and not once in a month-and-a-half they had my truck did I get an update. I had to call every time to get any information out of them. Three times I was told my truck was ready and each time I went to pick it up I found damage that was supposed to be repaired that was not. Which made me have to take time off of work multiple times. Which in doing so I lost money and I had to struggle to extend my rental car. By the final time I found more scratches on my truck that were not previously there and still had damaged that they said they fixed that was not fixed again. So I ended up having to wait over an hour for them to fix it... At the end of the day if you like your car or truck in the slightest bit keep it far far away from these people.

John Glorioso is very rude and unprofessional! He was talking over me. They did work on my car and did not fix it correctly. He wanted me to take my car to Mitsubishi and pay them to run a diagnosed on it. I told him I already paid you guys and so did State Farm. He said its not his problem! I am shocked that Sun Collision have an employee like John Glorioso! I will never do business at Sun Collision Center again.

This is a first class 5 star collision center! The staff goes above and beyond from the moment you walk in to the moment you pick up your repaired vehicle. They stand behind their work and their word! Quality collision repair is not cheap, but the end result is as good as new!

This is the third time I have used Sun and it was another great experience. I had dented the tailgate on my F-150 ford but it was above the paint. I took it to Sun and George looked at it and gave me a price for repair. I could not believe they would do it for what George said but he said bring it back the next day and he would have it taken care of. I showed up the next day and Charlene was my rep. We looked at the damage together and I told her there were two spots that George and I had not discussed so just leave them alone. I arrived at 8AM and the truck was ready at 1PM . They even repaired the two spots that I did not think was in the repair price. George was great and so was Charlene and the repair was flawless. In todays market folks like Sun are hard to find.

Didnt fix my car correctly at first. Didnt beleive me when I said the alignment was off because I was hit in the back. Turns out I was right. Would have given 5 stars if they would have driven the car after the body was fixed to check if I drives correctly. But they gave it back to me in the same driving condition!!!!! It is fixed now.

Took care of my problem very quickly. Very satisfying.

Work quality was good but there was glass all over the interior from replacing the windshield. They never tested the car before I picked it up and it broke down 2 miles away. The second time I picked it up it lasted 2 days before braking down. They had it towed back and didnt provide me a rental then took 3 days to send it back to me after giving them a strict deadline for when I needed a vehicle. Aaron would never return my calls or call me back when he said he would. Other than warranty work I will never go back there again or send anyone I know there to have work done.

Some of the workers are complete jerks here. I brought my car in to fix a dent the size of a baseball and they said okay itll be fixed in 2 days so I said oh okay thats fine! I waited 2 days no one called or nothing. So 2 days had passed its Monday and Im supposed to get my car back and they called on Wednesday and said your car Will be ready Friday. So on friday I went checked out my car and they fixed the dent but then I noticed that there was a part of my car with paint missing🙃 yah.....

I stopped in here to get an estimate to paint the hood & roof of my 2009 Nissan Armada. The guy spent less than 5 minutes looking at the car and taking to me about what they do, how they do it, etc. In fact, her provided NO useful information.He invited me in and tells me, Okay. Give me ten minutes. Why anyone needs ten minutes to give me pricing is beyond me. Ultimately comes back with a price of $2400+!! Whaaa!? They had 19 hours of prep work and 19 hours of paint time & 19 hours of paint.In comparison, I stopped by Macco off Hwy19 before that, because they had a very good Google rating & reviews, and that guy was great! Knew his stuff and spent almost 30 minutes with me explaining what they do and answering my questions ... No wonder he has a great rating. Also, he was a fraction of the price. $2400 would paint my entire truck with top line paint at Macco, and isee little difference to justify the huge over price.I would not bother.
