I always love this store, but there was a very sweet girl named Haley (I think) that helped me out today. She was super helpful and very kind, and I appreciated her efforts!!

Love the products, all smells so good,sales are the best time to buy,check outs due to covid19 are confusing, not set up right,clerks nice but pushy they approached me several times for help,matter of fact 3 different ones, that I didnt care for if I need help I will ask.

My wife and I were ignored by both store employees, one was just standing there. And when we passed close by she walked to the other side of the store. We ended up just putting our basket down and walked out. If this is how you treat your customers dont expect to get any more business from me.

BBW is one of my all time fav stores. I am a loyal customer and follower of all of their regular releases in body care, candles, home frag, etc. I spend a LOT of money with this company and Im glad to for the yrs that I have bc their products and fragrances are awesome! This is my nearest BBW and I prefer to order online as much as possible bc I just hate going into this store. It seems as if its a requirement to be just plain rude to work here aside from the occasional few I have been grateful to find, but theyre like unicorns it seems. For the most part, I feel like Im treated like a burden and inconvenience rather than a customer who spends countless dollars with the company. Almost everyone is just quiet, cold and come across so negative. Ive had multiple negative encounters in my recent visits. There is a level of courtesy and respect you should have for people, let alone your customers, and I just dont feel that anymore when I visit this location. I understand that everyone has a bad day here and there, but for it to be such a repeated issue, then you know theres a problem. I will continue ordering online for the most part. Sadly, Id rather just pay shipping. Maybe theyll have some better associates in the future, but in the meantime, Ill wait. I hate to leave such a negative review; BBW deserves so much better.
