Great array of screen printing

I have been going the Marvelous Printing for years for my personalized items. Each time I visit, I am always satisfied with the outcome. The prices are GREAT (Tuesday buy 1 get 1).Marvelous Printing is also great for last minute gifts. Great quality and great turnaround time. I will continue being a customer here.

I got a cracked mug and I am supposed to get a replacement next week.

I ordered a personalized mug on Amazon. USPS lost my package with no resolution. The gentleman at marvelous printing was emergent regarding my issue and offered to ship me a replacement for free. Customer service here is exceptional. I would recommend this vendor 5 stars.

Very poor customer service skills. I asked for simple bold white letters on a black dress and that couldnt be done at a screen printing shop. The woman who attempted to service me had a deplorable attitude, I wouldnt recommend House of Tshirts is better!

I will never go here again, I placed and order for 3 shirts to be done same day. I was emailed and told to come pick shirts up, got to the place and they where closed. I didnt get informed that they would be leaving the shop. No email, phone call or nothing letting me know that they would be leaving the shop and my items would be left with someone. My items could have been left with the barber shop thats next door but they werent. I wont be returning nor will I be referring anyone to this place. Now I have to wait until Tuesday to get shirts that I needed for tonight.

They did not have my order completed when it was supposed to be, my proof wasnt done when it was supposed to be. I was told to pick up my shirts at 9. I get there at 9 and the person I was to meet with wasnt there! Not only was she not there, my shirts werent printed! I had to wait damn near a hour for them to be completed. Never using them again!

Convenient location friendly staff

Because we order T-shirt, from there and on the first wash they messed up and Picture started peeling before we wash them. We played the minimum price for these T-shirt, not the two for $6.00.
