The staff here was super friendly, they saw me taking a photo of the sign and asked me if I got a nice photo or not, which I thought was funny. The coffee was great, and the view of the sidewalk was pretty nice. The Cafe provided a really chill and relaxing feeling that I really enjoyed. Would love to go back and chill again!
The vibe was nice, the seating was comfortable and the ambient volume was fine. My problem was the food and pricing. The pictured caprese toast that I ordered cost $10(!) and almost impossible to eat both because the massive pieces of cheese and tonite were loosely stacked on the toast and because it was soaked in whatever balsamic dressing they used. Plus the coffee was subpar.
Cool, chill spot. Great coffee. Prices range from normal coffee shop prices to slightly high than. But, being that they roast their own coffee, and do it well, its worth the trip. Ive not tried their food to know whether to suggest it, but I can say the coffee you should get and stay if you have time. The passing scenery is pleasant and interesting.
The best coffee in town, hands down. Absolutely the best. Also, a nice, cute place to spend some time. You can read the paper and do crosswords for hours, they never pressure you to leave, and theres free refills so the price of $2.75 for a coffee is not bad at all.
Great setup and great coffee as always. If you know the Laurel Street location, this location also offers the same quality youve come to expect. The Magazine space is a little more modern, with some vintage touches, and is slightly smaller than the Laurel St. location (seating for about 20 at the Magazine location). Staff are friendly, helpful, and will tell you loads about coffee (or nothing, if thats what you prefer). Highly recommended.
Lovely spot for great coffee and breakfast. We visited around 9 on a Tuesday and there was only one person working. Our drinks came out quickly but food was quite slow. However, it was absolutely delicious. We had the avocado toast, quinoa salad, salmon toast, and ham croissant. Highly recommend!
Easily the best coffee in town. They serve their own roasted beans and its pretty amazing. Also really great to see baristas who clearly care about their jobs and are meticulous about making you a perfect cup every time. The food coming out of the kitchen is also delightful- light fare, fresh interested, super tasty. Beautifully designed space, and sidewalk seating right on Magazine. A great addition to my neighborhood!
Great spot. Had a great latte and an iced chai tea and both were delicious. And a nice chat with one of the staff (Alexis, I think) totally made my day.
Friendly staff. Nice music. Fantastic coffee. Plenty of space to chat with friends over a cup. Free wifi.
