Coffee and croissant are average, but the place is very nice and calm

The coffee was delicious. Only thing I wish was a little better was the baristas demeanor. She seemed a little annoyed. I get it first thing in the morning and we were out of towners and really weren’t sure what to get but it just kind-of made the ambiance dull. She definitely knows how to make coffee though.

We went to this wonderful coffee shop this morning for coffee and the coffee and pastries were excellent! The atmosphere was very inviting although the music was so low you could overhear each other’s conversation. I would rate a 5 except our barista seemed overwhelmed with the customers and slightly annoyed. For example when I had just stood up to order some more coffee he jumped on me about my mask like I’d committed a crime.

Really warm and inviting along with great coffee and some vegan/gluten free choices. The gluten free banana loaf is delicious!

Looks like it was open yesterday, no chairs or tables, beautiful contemporary design though, and pretty good coffee.

Tried this place because of the great reviews. Walking in I was pretty excited. I asked the Barrista a few questions about the coffee and she was clueless. No biggie. Then I watched her accept my cash and with the same dirty hands she proceeded to cut my bagel. The cappuccino tasted like warm milk and my croissant tasted like a stringy egg.

I finally made it to Cafe Bon Ami after hearing so many great things. What a beautiful space! And my latte was perfect. I also tried the ham/Brie/fig baguette sandwich and loved it. Ill definitely be making this a regular spot

Hidden little Coffee Spot along factors row on Perdido Street. The coffee is pretty good but more to the point its an easy, quiet place to grab an iced brew and a conversation. Hard to find but once you do locate it its worth your time.

I just discovered this place while walking back to the office after lunch. I had a mocha and a sweet potato pastry. The coffee was great and the pastry was delicious. Service was super quick and the baristas super friendly. I will definitely go back!

Tried going here at 9am on a Monday and was told they only had cold brew and iced chais. The lights were mostly off as well so I could barely even tell they were open. Not a good experience. One star for looking nice and contemporary.UPDATE: I appreciate the Cafes reply. It helps explain the situation. It would have been helpful if the employee working that day had shared that information instead of just saying, we only have cold brew and iced chais. It would have made a lot more sense. Bumping up the stars in appreciation for the feedback.

Had a Chia with a ham and cheese croissant and my friend had a mocha and croissant. Everything tasted amazing and the staff and atmosphere was friendly! Definitely recommended.

This is such a cute and welcoming cafe! Stopped by here while in NOLA and had free time to kill. Our barista, Celeste, was so kind and friendly. She helped me pick a coffee beverage that I would like and she was really chill with us taking pictures inside too! The cafe is decorated nicely and extremely aesthetically pleasing! I’ll have to share some of the pics !Celeste also had this amazing playlist on as well. It was the perfect little spot for me and my bestie!! Can’t wait to go again! Such a great experience

My family was visiting New Orleans and came across this cafe’. Their service is awesome and coffe is goooooodddd!!!! My lil girl just broke her Nola beads right before entering the cafe. The staff noticed how upset she was and promised her a new necklace the next day. As we went in to get our afternoon mojo the staff had the necklace for my Lil girls as promised. They were soooo happy!!! Needless to say. This will be our new coffee spot EVERYTIME we visit Nola. Which is very oftenk. Love this place.
