Great designer handbags, shoes, and dresses. I love all three locations. Well, organized with great staff.

Swap Boutique is a wonderful stop when I am shopping with or for my wife. Their clothes and the store are fashionable and clean and the parking is easy which it very rare for Magazine. The prices are so much less than elsewhere and the staff is always helpful to guide through the store and discuss their various discounts.

Never have I ever walked into a store where the worker literally stuck up her nose to me. Very unhelpful about an appointment I had made over the phone that wasn’t put in the books. Mistakes happen I get it. But I cannot get over how the worker was just so rude with her attitude. I can’t imagine ever going back with her there. Very poor and rude customer service at the store front.

One of my all time favorite places to shop. Thank you for not berating people who have asthma and can’t always have their mask up. I appreciate your common sense in this crazy world.

Cashier was pretty rude to my friend when she visited about a month ago. To top it off, she acted very snooty about only accepting items from the right brand names, despite the store offering pieces from Zara and Qupid LOL. Might as well sell Forever21 if youre willing to stretch your own label of designer consignment that far. After sifting through some clothes that seemed like they were trendy pre-2010 and curated for women 45+, there were a few okay basics, but not worth revisiting.

Its nice, the people are helpful. The selections are quite varied, which I count as a plus. My one issue may be that the clothing is discounted, but with the brand in mind. So, simple things like nice linen shirts become 30$, because the name was put in context, which /i have never really seen the point of. But thats only a part of their selection. Overall a nice place.

I love both of Swap Boutiques locations -- on Magazine and on Maple. The salespeople are so helpful and interested. Selection is large, and prices are amazing. I spent the 2019 winter in NOLA, having moved there with only two weeks worth of clothing (thought Id dash home for more). I never did get home and wound up supplementing my closet with Swap pieces ranging from everyday pieces to a Mardi Gras ball gown and a KILLER Dries Van Noten cocktail dress that I may insist on being buried in. :)

I made a habit out of going to the Swap on Maple every Saturday. In the two years Ive shopped at Swap I found less than 10 items I liked. I think the shop is a great idea, and generally its good, but I dont love it. Maybe I just have a different taste in clothes than what they carry? For the first time today, I brought things in for consignment to the Magazine Swap (because Maple Swap didnt have time). I expected that they might only take a few items, but they took nothing. Not even a a designer Piazza Sempione jacket that is worth $100s and in perfect condition (I wouldnt have given to them for less than $100). When I asked why, the girl told me because its too light in color. What? Why? And what? In general not in season and stains where cited. They said fall and winter. I brought fall and winter (except for one tank top). One shirt had a barely noticeable stain. I only brought brands they list on their website. They didnt even look at everything. The other crazy thing is that they require you to schedule an appointment so they can spend 5 mins not looking at your clothes. I also had a sweet dress in there and some one-of-a-kind sweaters (one of them I bought in Shanghai, and it makes you look like a rock star but Im too old for it now). Swap, I feel kinda rejected by you, but your loss. I have fabulous style and fabulous clothes.
