If you like being treated like second hand trash and unable to actually look in a mirror when trying on clothes because the staff all block them while only assisting their friends who shop there, then this is the right place for you. I will never come back to this store again, which is super sad cause when i first walked in i got excited seeing the styles they had and really wanted to buy one of the outfits i tried on, but i felt so miserable after how i was treated i left without buying anything.

Great customer service 5 star review. I thought theywould have nothing in my size but found 2 pieces for 75 percent off and those slim young ladies do not make you feel like a fatso. But thats New Orleans, a great town with great people.

Love Hemline! It’s a ‘Must Visit’ every time I’m in town. They’re even sweet enough to ship the items I love on their Insta to me all the way in MN. I always love unwrapping that beautiful purple bow to see a handwritten note inside the package.

Spent a fortune but had a blast on Bacchus Sunday!

On Sunday, Oct. 22nd I was attending a family wedding from out of town in the French Quarter. Unfortunately, as Im about to walk out of the door to the wedding- the zipper on my dress completely broke and was un-fixable. I was frantic and having a major meltdown! Honestly a girls worse nightmare. I ended up buying a new dress as fast as I possibly could at Hemline. The staff were absolute lifesavers and the best people I have ever met! These girls asked me price limit and were throwing me multiple different dresses to try on while I was in the dressing room. They were absolute life savers and I do not know what I would have done without them. I ended up leaving the store in a dress that I loved and some jewelry for a finishing touch. And to top it off they gave me an awesome discount! Love this store and the staff are literally amazing.
