Paid over $100 bucks for my wife just to receive rotten strawberries

They never have white chocolate covered strawberries for purchase. They always “just ran out” or they didn’t have them today. They are never willing to accommodate either. I have tried this location on several occasions and at this point, I give up. Customer service here isn’t great either. This has to be a franchise. Godiva is better, this location would be more convenient though.

Been here a few times for a smoothie which a really good. I drive from JP because this is the only location with a blender. But I wanted to spend some money today. These people are always hiding in the back (planting and growing harvesting fruit) I suppose but will leave you waiting in the front feeling like a damm criminal. These people make you feel like the customer is bothering them. Dark skinned grandma acts like her nerves bad and she disgusted because she has to walk and serve you. The light skinned brother with hair like prince is clueless and in his own world. A real loser. They all look at you crazy. The only one going anywhere and has great service is Rochelle. The rest aint worth a quarter. Get your own store Rochelle!

I WILL NEVERRRRR EVERRR EVERRR ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION NOR THIS COMPANY AGAIN! Especially not for Valentine’s Day, which is the biggest holiday for this company! I placed an order and also paid an additional fee for delivery specifically for February 14. I received a call February 13 from the delivery driver stating she was outside ready to deliver. I told her that my order specifically stated February 14. On Valentine’s Day/afternoon/evening/Night, no edible arrangements, no call from the business, no anything. I called the business numerous of times but they keep their phones off so that they won’t be reached. February 15 comes around noon, the delivery driver calls my mom and states he’s outside. He’s ignoring my phone calls from his cell. This is unacceptable and not a very good look judging that this is a place of business. I only placed ONE star because It was my only option, I wish that i could’ve chosen 0 stars. I’m highly upset.

I called the store for some information. I greeted the customer service rep with a Good Morning, How are you doing? Upon attempting to hold a friendly but short conversation with the customer service Rep in regards to the store being busy around this time, I was snubbed very quickly which I thought was very rude. I understand that there are time constraints during peak seasons, but great customer service must be rendered at all times, and not with an attitude. I will not call this store again if this is how a customer is treated when being friendly to a customer service rep.

On website, hours of operation state 8AM - 7PM (Monday thru Friday).I began calling at 8AM to place an order, however, their Off Hours recording was playing until 9:30 AM.Not a good sign for a place youre going to easily spend over $50.

My girl never got her stuff and cant get in contact with anybody at the store. I had to pay 20 dollars extra to have it delivered on Valentines. I want my money back

How you advise big and medium size strawberries on your website but when you get them deliver to you they small. So thus how they get over on you. But if you go in person you get bigger size I dont understand why you give your customers that orders for delivery the same as if they where to come into person.... poor I would not recommend this to no one...Bad service they are unorganized. The cashiers is just dumb and confuse they dont know where to start. They are slow. How you slow and still confuse. They dont answer the phones so I had to come in person.they not organize. I will not order from them no more.

I wish I can give them no stars lady that picks up the phone is very rude.

The arrangement I ordered looked TERRIBLE!! Like they just threw it together. I most definitely will not ever order from them again. I paid too much for this to look like a kindergarten class put it together! So disappointed

My friend did not receive his Valentine gift from Edible Arrangements and I cannot reach anyone at the store or leave a message by phone. Poor customer service. I want a refund. The store had the order before Valentines Day.
