Great variety and show too. One gal singing up a storm of her own spin on songs about fudge. Place was busy but the wait was short. Great fudge and mango smoothie was delicious and refreshing.

Stopped here with a sweet tooth and glad I did, what a great experience. I got a Dipped Carmel Apple and Carmel Turtles. It was delicious, but the apple wasn’t what I thought it would be. Everything looks amazing in here and the smell is addicting. I’ll be back.

I loved this place... this guy works there he gave us pretty much everything to taste before we bought anything... fudge there is divine... so many flavors I can’t even remember... peanut butter chocolate pecan was amazing... white chocolate pecan also great... we bought those two things and we tried a black and white chocolate turtle and this guy gave us an apple made with caramel and black and white chocolate... I liked this man very much... so funny with a good heart... you should go there and enjoy their products... you won’t be unhappy for sure...

I love this place, the service is always super friendly. I hadnt been since the whole pandemic lock down began, and the few times I visited the Quarter during this fiasco began, they were closed. Im so happy they are open again. As someone that makes homemade fudge occasionally, I appreciate a good quality fudge. Their chocolate peanut butter fudge is legit.

Stopped in on a hot day for a milkshake... while it was cold and that felt good, it was too watery (milky??) and the mint/choc chip taste didnt come through. And for $7, not a great value.

This place offers ice creams, fudges and lemonades. The dark chocolate, Rocky road and sugar free nut chocolate fudges were good. Amongst the ice creams the triple chocolate was a good option. They offer freshly squeezed lemonades but it was a lil too sweet for me. Their fudge milkshakes are quite filling and rich in flavour.

I swear I gained five pounds just from the sweet smell walking through the door! A dozen or more Blue Bell ice cream flavors to choose from, huge candied apples covered with whatever type of sweet candy you can think of, & so much fudge youll be hard pressed to choose just one kind! The fudge was $11 a pound which is about the weight of a slice however its weighed when you pay so it could be less or more. Worth every penny! A slice can be shared between three or four people since its so rich & sweet.

I went to the fudgery on a trip 2 weeks ago and IT IS SOOO GOOD. The staff are so nice! You even get to see how they make their Chocalate! I had the chocalate in the fridge for 2 weeks now and it hasnt even gone stale. I recommend the CHOCALATE peanutbutter fudge the most!

The experience of stopping by the Fudgery was as colorful as my ice cream. The young people working here were singing their own little verses that made my stop very entertaining. Plus it is close to Jackson Square, you can take your ice cream and enjoy it there.

The store smells amazing! You can actually smell the fudge and chocolate from the street, they have a good selection.

My family and I were looking for things to see when we stopped in New Orleans. I came across the Fudgery on google maps. My parents love fudge so I knew I had to remember the name. We were soaking wet when we stumbled on the store from a carriage ride. When we walked inside one of the gentleman went to the back and got us towels to wipe down with. They were good people! We stayed in the store for a good 20-30 minutes because they had us laughing and singing with them. It was the highlight of our day in New Orleans. The fudge is great, my sister loved her milkshake, and my family cant wait to try the caramel apples. Thanks you guys!

Love this place! Stopped by during a trip to NO. Customer service was exceptional. Our wonderful lady who helped us was a hoot. She had my friend and I in tears we had such a good time with her. I told her I’d come back and I sure did, the next day. I wish I would’ve gotten her name. The products, LITERALLY melt in your mouth. I brought some back and my whole office was just moaning away at the decadence. I can’t wait to go back and engorge myself on more of their fudge. Amazing people that work there, amazing product, amazing atmosphere. They deserve more than just five stars!

Amazing flavor selection, and reasonably priced! The people behind the counter were all incredibly friendly. You could watch as someone cut slabs of fudge from a giant block. I 100% recommend the Chocolate peanut butter cookie dough ice cream. It is as amazing as it sounds! 10/10 would slurp that delicious cream again.

Great fudge but the price per slice is 10.99 which they say is “approximately” 1/2 pound but each of my slices was well over. Buy 3 and get the 4th free. My price was almost $8 over what I expected so expect your slices to be more than 1/2 pound. You have no way of knowing the exact weight until it’s packaged and weighed. Not a good business practice. The weight should be more accurate. It makes me feel like the weight is deliberately more to make more money.

Nice to see them make the fudge right there. But severely overinflated prices otherwise. $5.50 for one scoop of Blue Bell ice cream.

Our family of 9 visited this place on our trip and it was amazing! The customer service was so good...we had 7 kids with us and they were so patient and offered samples of ice cream and fudge for them. The portions are huge and well worth the money! Highly recommend 😊

The fudge is to die for. Absolutely wonderful. So make sure you read the sign. They only sell by the slice and its $10.99 lb each slice is well over a pound. So that kinda sucked. But it is very good fudge.

The woman who makes the fudge genuinely loves her job, and you can tell with every bite. When we came in, Sunshine gave us an entire show on how fudge is made and it was wonderful. Its such a happy environment that you cant help but want some fudge to take the happiness with you.

Very good fudge! Their employee liked to me and told me the fudge was $10.99 per slice. Then he liked to me and told me hed throw in a third slice free. Why was my bill $44 then for three slices of fudge, one free? Because its 13.99 and he charged me for all three, one of which is a flavor he picked and we dont even like; vanilla.

Four days in New Orleans and never had so much fun. The friendliness and comfort was overwhelming. My whole family (family reunion) and the staff engaged in singing and dancing as they served us. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The customer service was the worse I’ve received in any place I’ve ever been too. We were continuously passed over when we were waiting at the register to order for ten minutes! Do not waste a moment of time going here.

Karina and Leelee were fantastic! Karina was singing loud enough for us to hear as we walked by, and honestly the only reason we walked in there. I had a cinnamon apple that was DELICIOUS, and my friend enjoyed the fudge shake. He said it was the best shake he’s ever had! Highly recommend. Leelee went out of her way to cut the apple for us to enjoy, and then boxed it up. Thanks ladies! Your customer service was wonderful.

We waited for about 15 minutes in line while she was serving 2 other customers ahead of us. She never acknowledged. I had 2 kids with me. My kids were waiting patiently. It was our turn and she went ahead and was helping a customer who came way after us. When I tried to tell her it was our turn to be served, then she had a rude attitude and her eyes were rolling and shaking her head. I felt fool talking to her so I walked away.

We stopped tonight at 9:40pm (closing is at 10 pm). The ice cream was covered and the only employee working rudely told us we couldn’t buy ice cream any longer. We decided to purchase fudge instead but she was already cashing out her till and would not look up or speak to us. We left and bought ice cream at the CVS across the street. Unbelievably rude! I would have given zero stars if possible.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Ice cream melted and then they refroze it. It recrystallized. Please see the photos attached to my review below. Ask for a sample before you buy. We did but my young children did. When I asked for a refund there was no manager there to give me my money back. Was repeatedly told that hes on his way. To the point where I basically just gave up.Update: Called corporate they are looking into it.

First time being here the place looks awesome. Theres fresh fudge, smoothes, ice cream, and ice expressos. All looked so good me and wife order one chocolate fudge, one chocolate covered Krispy treat, one mango smoothie and one frozen pink lemonade. If you are traveling and first time in New Orleans checked them out if you having a sweet tooth.
